Class was good. The prof. is a good choice. A little harsh on grading but fair. I would recommend this class.

One of my favorite professors. Kind, funny, and accessible out of class. Graded by 3 tests, 3 speeches (1 group), attendance, and participation. Gives great study guides that will help you ace the tests. A harsh but fair grader and gives extremely helpful feedback for your speeches.

I LOVED having her as a professor! Her class was engaging and I felt that I learned a lot from her. Tests were easy if you studied from her study guide. She didn't assign a lot of outside work and was an extremely understanding and kind professor. Great person with a sense of humor. I would highly recommend her interpersonal class.

Taking a class with her as a senior. Wish I would have done it freshman year. She's a good professor who tells you exactly what needs to be done and when. Very straightforward, but really cares about your goal in her class. If you get something wrong, she won't leave you guessing on how to fix it, she'll tell you how you can do better.

Don't get me wrong, she is a very nice person and a decent teacher but she was such a tough grader. I would study and work on speeches for hours upon hours, say that this is the best that I can do, and still end up with a B.

She is the reason I decided to be a Comm Studies major. I took CMST211 and CMST220 with her last fall and loved both classes. I received an A- in both. By far my favorite two courses I've taken in my entire college experience.

She is by far my favorite professor this semester! Ask questions! She's very caring and will answer them throughly. She's a very fair grader on speeches, and knows that giving speeches isn't everyones favorite activity. You'll need to do some slight studying for the exams but they're not too difficult.

She is an amazing professor! There are three speeches you have to do. They are all easy if you put some effort in. She is very caring of students and wants to make all students feel comfortable speaking in front of class. There are also tests but she gives a review sheet that has everything that is going to be on the test on it. Take her!

This class has speeches and tests, none of which are too hard. The speech guidelines are clear and you'll get a good grade as long as you follow those guidelines. She talks a lot and encourages participation but it isn't really mandatory. The tests are exactly what's on the study guides she hands out so make sure to know everything on them.

Wonderful and sweet professor! She gives a ton of examples when you don't understand something. Her lectures are easy to follow along with. The class is very easy as long as you take notes and do all the work, but her exams are a bit challenging and she grades harshly. 3 exams, 2 essays, and 1 group project.

Suzanne is an excellent professor in an excellent department. Her lectures fly by as a result of her good examples, stories, and group discussion. It's a very enjoyable class, and you learn a lot! Only 4 MC tests and a few small projects. I recommend buying the book, but you can buy an older edition for $10. The newer edition is unnecessary.

Suzanne knows what she's talking about and gives great lectures with real life examples. There aren't many tests - you can pick between essay or multiple choice. Read the chapters and notes and you'll be dandy. Most everything happens in class. She is super helpful in office hours if you need it. Such a sweet lady overall. Highly recommend.

nice, understandable, her lectures are engaging and interesting, tough grader in essays. 3 exams, on her exams you can either chose to take the multiple choice & TF (Q:60) exam or an essay exam with 3 sections.

There are three exams which apply what you read (get the book). There are two speeches: five minute speech about yourself (easily graded) and an informative speech. There is also a group project which the directions are easily understood and if you put in the effort, you will get an A. Three absences allowed.

Fun class! She was very organized, very fair grader when it came to speeches-sounded like almost everyone got a B or better on them. Tests are easy if you pay attention and skim through the chapters, (she gives a study guide that has questions right from the test) No accumulative final either! 4 speeches and all easy! great class! take it!

Great professor, this professor has her ducks in a row. Read her assignment handouts very carefully. If it is on a handout you will be graded on that. If you understand that, participate in class, and try to apply the concepts to your life you will be fine. She does listen to questions and dispute over grades, ignore the comments saying otherwise.

I hate communications and getting up in front of people and talking. But i managed to get a B in this class. She is super nice and helpful. You do a bunch of in class assignments in groups, and there is like 4? speeches, they are fun you get to choose the topic. final isn't accumulative and if you paid attention you will do just fine in this class.
