I LOVE Michael Woo! He is interesting, funny, kind, and all around just an absolute pleasure to be around. I would have loved to take more classes from him, but he unfortunately teaches only the one class. In addition to teaching, he is a social worker serving the aging community. You can tell he has a huge heart and loves to teach. I'll miss him!

I absolutely loved Mr. Woo's class! There are only 4 tests and 4 essays, and his guidelines and grading criteria are VERY clear. He is always willing to help, and the class was stress-free. You would easily get an A as long as you attend the lecture look through the material couple times. His class is a must take!

There are 3 papers all worth 20 points. which will be a bout a movie or a topic that was discussed. 4 tests that are from the power points. Study power points and the info that is discussed in the review. He will assign about 30 extra points, which is just writing another paper. Would recommend, learned a lot about sociology! posts everything!

Very easy class. I actually wish I was a little bit more challenged. There are 4 tests and 4 essays, but nothing besides that. You will be fine as long as you study and get your essays in on time.

He is the beast teacher in Bellevue College. He knew how to teach the students and helped them succeeded in the exams. I learned a lot from his class. He is very sweet. I really recommended to take his class. Your money worth it!

Nice guy but lazy. You won't learn anything and its an easy A. The class is distracting with many students coming late and constantly moving in and out of class in the middle of lecture. All in all not a good experience.

AWESOME TEACHER! HE IS ONE OF THE KINDEST TEACHERS IVE EVER HAD. MATERIALS, ASSIGNMENTS, AND LECTURES ARE VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD AND U KNOW WHAT IS EXPECTED. PLUS, THERE IS ROOM FOR EXTRA CREDIT. IF YOU WANT AN A, THEN GO FOR IT.

LOVE THIS CLASS! Professor Woo is wonderful. He is very clear, and gets straight to the point. Prior to taking this class, I was hoping it wouldn't be boring because I have it at 5:30pm but it's the exact opposite. Thank goodness there's no group work, just lectures 4 exams, 3 papers. I actually stayed wide awake and was interested.

Ugh. Mr.Woo. He was super nice, and his class was super super easy. But it was so boring - it has hard to keep my eyes open. Some of the things were interesting, but mostly not. Do it if you want an easy A and don't care about the content.

Late start class. Three papers, two exams, and a discussion posting about every week. Textbook use is very low so you must attend the lectures if you want to get an A. His lectures are interesting and his study guides reflect the test material. Pretty interesting class. Highly recommend Mr Woo. (Also, I didn't find his accent to be a problem)

This is an easy class study a little bit and you will get an A. He also gives extra credit. For students going into healthcare he is a social worker who is involved with nursing homes so he has an interesting perspective. If needing sociology I would definitively recommend him. 4 test, no cumulative final, 2 video reviews, 1 term project 4-5 pgs

Mr, woo is a fantastic teacher. He makes funny, wonderful examples that kept the class in line. I'm glad i picked him. He knew what he was talking about. You can tell he likes to do what he does. Overall he was an awsome teacher.

Took this class online. He seemed pleasant enough. Class was simple...A few individual assignments, 3 tests, and a handful of class discussions. Just read the text book before tests to get a few key terms down and its easy. It dually fulfills a cultural diversity requirement and a social science requirement so its a good class to take.

Found him to be very helpful when I asked questions or had problems - Responded quickly to emails and queries - Got feedback on assignments - Discussion & Assignment Questions designed to be thought-provoking - Dr. Woo provided Weekly PowerPoint Lectures - Exams are straightforward if you read the Textbook you should do fine!
