She is really nice and a great teacher. My two English professors freshman year were awful compared to her, and they were both younger. Tests are easy. I did most of the reading, but don't stress yourself. Also if you have her twice a week, she might cancel the second meeting about 3 out of every 4 sessions :)

She give you work as if she is your only professor. She is a tough grader and expects you to not only read all these novels but watch films and read random articles that she decides to send you whenever she feels like it. If you have her, switch out ASAP

Teacher is very nice and easy, but will mark you off for things like spelling. One of the books we had the characters had strange names like Erakindinu. You had to know how to spell everything !! I got marked off a lot. Half of the stuff she says to watch, dont bother wasting your time. Her reviews are really good that should help you prepare.

You never Have to attend her Class. You get no homework or quizzes. The only thing your grade is based off of is three or four test. Took her four times! She is willing to work with you on making up texts/exams.

This professor is entertaining and uses real life examples to explain concepts. She can get a little boring at times, but probably if you are not interested in Sociology. Her exams are straight-forward and you should have no problem passing this course. She only grades on participation and exams...

You have to take a lot of notes in class. before a test she goes over the material that will be on it. if you study your notes and the definitions you'll do good. when i first took the class with her i got a D because i didnt study and when i took her the second time i got an A

I did not enjoy her class!she is very nice and she would tell us all these stories to prove her point.nevertheless I only had her once a week and during the rest of the week she would email us like 8 or more reading materials.As if we had no other classes to study for.I droped her class cause I couldnt take it anymore

She is very good teacher. She teaches using the book as a guideline and she definately knows what she is talking about. Her tests are all multiple choice and she only assigns a few easy papers. I really enjoyed her and her class - no doubt I would take her again.
