Ms. Tinney is a great teacher. You will definately learn something in her class. Sometimes she's all over the place but, she means well. She makes time for her students and is very easy to approach if you have a question. Don't take her class if your looking for an easy grade. I would definately recommend her class... if you want to actually learn.
