Comment:

The greatest Professor at San Antonio College. Helpful, wise, smart, caring, hopeful, positive, passionate about geology and teaching are just some words to describe Professor Qudus. He is the greatest Professor in my college life history. Ruby Maggio.

Comment:

Professor Qudus is the best instructor I've had thus far in my college life. He's a true Geologist and he shared his knowledge with us all. His dedication and devotion to our learning was like no other. I wish more Professors can duplicate his passion for teaching. (Ruby Maggio)

Comment:

He was super sweet and always willing to help out. I prob shouldn't have made the grade I did, but he was really willing to do what he could. Although only cause I actually tried. He was hard to understand and it was kinda boring. He feels its his duty to teach till the exact time is up though. But still a good man!

Comment:

I took four semester of Geology under Mr. Q back in the early 90s. I have never had an instructor put so much of his own time and energy into his students. If you want to learn, you can. And you can learn much more than you expected. I have used the knowledge I gained from him quite a bit over the years, and I am not a geologist. Thank you Mr. Q!

Comment:

Can be hard to understand in class. Has a very thick accent. Very tough class, lots of memorizing. Most students were barley passing the exams but he curves the grades. Make sure you attend class and take very very good notes. He does cover all the test material on the board. Study guides did not help me at all. Cares about students.

Comment:

Mr. Qudus is the BEST professor I ever had. He is full of experience and wisdom in his field. His teachings have enhanced my teaching as an eleementary school teacher. I would totally recommend this course to students that are majoring in education. You will most definitely revisit these subjects again. Mr Q is the BEST in business!!!

Historical geology lab- I learned more in that class than the lecture class. He knows so much and has been all over the world, tells good(relevant) stories and I really felt he cared about my education not just doing time until the end of semester. Take him if you want to learn lots of interesting stuff and want to think.

Mr. Q is a fantastic professor! Not for anyone searching for an easy A! You will get an A if you attend and do your work! I have taken both a lab course on campus and an online course with him. He was very helpful and what he wanted was always very clear. I would recommend him to anyone who is willing to work for their grade!

I just finished summer I with Mr. Qudus, and personally I really enjoyed his class. In fact it seemed most anybody who was there to actually learn something enjoyed it too. His teaching method is traditional i.e. chalk and board, simple yet very practical models and tools. Anybody willing to do their part as a student will do well & enjoy hisclas

I took his class online and he's okay. Makes you summarize chapters and submit them online. Hard to know what he's looking for. Made a B in this class. Also, requires you to take online classes in SLAC lab. A little out of touch (i.e- gave us a time to take test in lab on campus and lab didn't open for another 2 hours). Would take again if had to.

Mr. Qudus is a great professor. The class itself is hard but his lectures are good and helpful, if you pay attention of curse. He gives review sheets weeks before every test, so, if you fail a test is your fault for not studying.

Definitely the worst teacher, I have ever had. The main complaint seemed to be that no one could understand his accent, so I thought I would be safe with an online class. Well, he doesn't know how to spell either. He won't clarify on why he gives you certain grades. I was disappointed that SAC would continue to employ a teacher this bad.

Did not like him at all. By far the worst teacher I have ever had. He gives alot of busy work. I am taking his internet class and it is not fun. He has two test but each of them are over atleast 10-13 chapters. He gives a study guide but it has nothing to do with his test. This is a freshman class but he thinks its a senior class at Harvord.
