Took him for Calculus I and decided to take him for Calculus II for a reason. Only about 1/4 of the class is difficult, the rest is a breeze! Just show up to class, pay attention, and do the online homework and yo should be prepared for the exams.

A very nice professor who is clearly passionate about Maths. He knows everything there is to know about what he is teaching you and rarely makes a mistake. Everything is described in detail with little bits here and there from the textbook, which is rarely used in the classroom, although you may need it for review or for the online homeworks.

If you're being taught math by Dr. Abrego, then consider yourself fortunate. His passion toward the subject is contagious. Calc 2 is more material heavy than complicated. He helped most student accept that fact and figure out away to deal with it on our own ways. "A" formula: Work hard and show it to him, participate, participate, participate.

Amazing professor. Made Calculus 1 way easier than I expected it to be. I like that he gives time to show us the proofs (although it's not tested). Helps you understand the material intuitively and visually, not just memorize formulas. 3 exams, no midterm, 1 final. I found the exams harder than the final. Will take him again!

He's fine in lecture but his tests and quizzes are Hw problems so you basically have to memorize it all. There were only 2 tests and the final. The first test covered 4 chapters and the second covered 5. So it's a huge amount of material to know. If you go to his office to ask questions, he makes you feel stupid for not knowing something.

One of the best professors who can explain calc 2 and make it easy, obviously he loves the subject. Explains every little detail with a proof ( and that is a good thing). Exams are easy. Highly recommended to take for calc 2. Just show up and do the homework and you will understand the subject.

He did not finish grading our midterms until the semester ended. We had no idea what to expect. He left the last week of class and had a sub give us the final. He was overly harsh with his grading and gave zero feedback. Horrible. Avoid taking if you want a teacher who actually cares.

He is very nice his exams aren't to hard. He really enjoys teaching. I didn't like his lectures much because he would basically just use the examples from the book and lecture that. but if you study you'll be fine for his exams and the final. I would most definitely take him again.

I literally saw him during every office hour getting extra help on math problems. He explained the material very well, and never judged me for getting so much additional help. Calc II is an extremely hard class and he really does a great job at explaining the nature of the problems. It is obvious he loves to teach and loves math. Great teacher

Good teacher. Lectures are clear. Leaves very little to interpretation. Did not study for the first test and got a bad grade (duh), but worked hard and pulled off the A.

Abrego is a good teacher. Although the class is difficult, it is not his fault, its just the way the class is. You must attend to lectures, read, and do the homework. A lot of personal effort is required. He is a good professor. Just make sure to study prior to tests and you will be all right. You will pass if you study.

He isnt very clear, just talks and is super boring. you have to pay attention to his lecture because the book doesnt help. all homework is online so just buy the wileyplus, and dont bother with the book. If you want to slack off, then this isn't the class for you. He's clear most of the time, and the times that he isn't he's more than happy to explain. Pay attention, study, go to class, and do the homework is mandatory to pass his class. But, it isn't as boring as it seems. He's cool. Take him!
