I realize that she teaches at a community college but my God! You can't even ask a simple question in class. After the second class a majority of the students quit participating in lectures and just did their homework. She neither promoted, aided or even facilitated in learning. Not the worst teacher I've ever had but bottom 3 for sure.

Had an A before our original teacher left. She moved too fast over the chapters expecting that chem 1411 was the only class we were taking. The class before our final she went over a whole chapter in about an hour, expecting our class to know it. Oh, and She called our class stupid several times. She is not helpful at all. She despises anyone that ask questions. Anyone who asked her questions should would yell and name call them. She has been known to cuss people out for asking help. She does not teach she only reads off power point and expects you to know how to do the work.

Was stuck with her when the original instructor wasn't able to teach. Try to avoid taking her. She doesn't really teach and the whole class had to go to the tutor to learn how to do the problems. The only positive side is she gives you the formulas on the test to use and she gives plenty of extra credit.

I think many of the comments are unfair--this is college, people! Not high school, though she mandates homework regularly. Tests are fair, based on homework, reading, and lecture. Extra credit is plentiful, but very difficult. Having had over 80 professors prior, I can definitely say this one is well above average. Again, this is COLLEGE!

She is wrong in what she teaches and the class has to correct her 90% of the time. she yells and is snappy.blames everything on your calulator saying "its in the wrong mode" uhh NO ITS NOT!doesnt admit shes wrong or blames it on other things.grades unfairly and test u over things not covered.

She is the worst professor ever. I did not learn a single thing from her. You have to teach YOURSELF. Her power point broke down one day with an hour left in class ans she sent us home. She had not idea how to teach from the board. She is rude and belittles her students. DO NOT USE YOUR CELL PHONE OR EVEN HAVE IT OUT,SHE IS QUITE RUDE ABOUT IT.

Mrs. Dube was a great teacher. Though she can be very blunt at times, get on her good side and you will be fine in the class. You must complete all the homework she assigns in order to understand her tests. If you're a slacker, don't take her class. Tests aren't that bad, but the final is killer.

Hard teacher and expects a lot of her students but fair. The tests were a little on the long side but if you are prepared you should do fine. Can't be the typical lazy student you won't do well. She doesn't give you anything for nothing, you earn what you get. Just go to class and do homeworks.

OH MY GOSH, that was the worst semester of my life. I have never been faced with the possibility of failing a class untill I met this prof. I was forced to teach myself! her lectures were just lame powerpoints, she despised people who asked fro help, and she graded unfairly. not to mention her tests were impossible. there were 7 people left from 25

Absolute worst teacher/person I've met. Not very intelligent, and useless teaching skill. Tests are waaay too long for you to complete. She's completely cold, and not understanding of any issues you are having in your life. No matter how grave. I'm sorry if you ever have to meet this lady. She's just horrible.

It's not that she's challenging-- that's a good characteristic. She is insulting and I got so tired of this lady's rotten teaching methods and vindictive test formats that I decided it's not worth it..I can wait for a good professor next semester.

I took this teacher last semester and advise everyone not to take her class! I passed with a C but it was not easy. She is very knowledgable in chemistry but is unclear when trying to teach it! All of her notes are online and are usually out of order. if you are taking this dreadful teacher study alot, attend lab, and dont EVER have your cell on

I made a B but I would not take this prof. again. She is tough and I know it is Chemistry but there is alot of work for a 4 hour class.Do not come to her class with a CELL PHONE turned on or you will find out why. To pass her class:Know the Vocab(Make Note Cards), score high on Labs and do Pre-lab questions before Lab or else. Do Ch.HW. Study!!!
