Math 112 is terrible but Carolyn Jones is passionate about math and loves to teach. It makes going to class less miserable, and everything is online. Help is very accessible but still a hard class to get through. I'm glad I got her as a teacher.

An amazing professor! I would highly recommend taking a math class with her. I heard horror stories of 112 and from my experience with her I honestly do not understand why. Yes, there is a lot of hmwk, but the hmwk is the same for every 112 class. She explains the material clearly, goes out of her way to help, and is such a nice woman!

if your expecting a good grade in this class i suggest you get a different teacher. She is the worst math teacher I have ever had in my whole entire life. I failed every test and most homeworks.

She is so helpful and really cares about you. She is a tough grader though but is always fair. She outlines what she expects and if you do that and meet with her you should be fine. She is so NICE and knows her stuff and expects you to as well!

Ms. Jones is a good, clear teacher and will help you out as much as possible during office hours. She really enjoys her subject and enjoys teaching. Just be thorough in your work and she's a great teacher to have.
