She can be a nice professor but then again has an attitude problem. I didn't have trouble following along but don't bother asking her a question.. she rushes through things, doesn't give everyone a chance to understand.

One of the worst professors in the school by students and by other faculty. Says she is not trying to trick you but will in fact just do that. Rude at times. Makes up her own tests and questions which makes things a lot harder. If you have her get out quick because she is one of the worst at stcc.

She is by far my favorite professor I've ever had at STCC and I would definitely take a course with her again! Her lectures are very hands on and she's overall a very kind person. When I was struggling to remember a quiz answer she came over and told me to draw it out and write what I know. I got the answer and she said "I knew you could do it!"

Amazing for A&P. She does a great job explaining thing and uses the white board to draw pictures so you can understand the concepts better. There is a lecture & lab quiz each week, but honestly, it helps you stay on top of the chapter w/o falling behind. she only tests you on what she covers. I highly recommend her. She wants you to succeed!

This professor is nice at first but has serious attitude problems. Don't ask a question unless you're expecting to feel low or stupid. She has no sense of time maangement, she rushes through IMPORTANT things at the last second. Most classes go past the scheduled time. The labs barely link together with the lectures. Be ready to be very independent.

Dr. Tamarkin is an excellent professor. She is genuinely concerned about her students, and wants them to understand the material. She is willing to make time to meet with her students to help them. She explains things clearly, and her tests are fair. Take good notes!! Her tests are largely on material covered in class. Also, ask questions!

Would not take again! She knows her stuff, but forget it if you have a question! She gets a attitude real quick if you try to ask a question, and will make you feel low. She has a "I know everything, why don't you" attitude. If you can get past that, her material is on point to her tests.

she lives to teach, she does this on campus and off campus, she is very helpful any time and all the time, she is willing to give up her free time for study sessions, she is a very tough grader but you will learn a lot, I would totally take her classes

Unclear. Rushes through lectures and doesn't directly answer questions. Class typically gets held at least 5 minutes late, so you better not mind running to your next class. Hardest anatomy teacher in the school. If you can take the class with a different teacher, I highly recommend it.

She rushes, ALWAYS holds class late, and makes it clear that she feels she is better than you. I felt belittled and stupid for most of the time. I finished with a B, so it's possible to do okay in her class but be ready to do most of it on your own. The exam essays close to impossible to score full points. I switched for A&P2, much happier.

Dr. Tamarkin definately knows her material well. Although she can rush through the material many times, her tests are quizzes are very fair. She tries to be fair on lab practicals as well and ALWAYS has opportunitie for extra credit on quizzes and sometimes lab practicals, which is great!!

Dr. Tamarkin is good and bad. Her lecture she uses every second of class time really explaining the subject, she does tend to move pretty quickly so you better try and keep up. Her lab, although its 2 hours long, she only tea20 mins at max, and then its up to you and your partner to figure out what your looking at. Her lab is awful.

Dr. T. is by far the best professor in her subject and my personal favorite thus far.She makes sure the whole class is on the same level, tells you ahead of time whats going to be on the test, she's polite, understanding, lenient, and knows her stuff. She also teaches A+P 1 and 2 if you can get her do so.Also, for her age she is smokin hot.

Professor Tamarkin is a very helpful teacher who knows her material very well. She is extremely straight forward about what is on her quizzes/tests plus always puts bonus points. Like any A&P class studying is necessary but she explains the subjects very well. She is willing to help her students if they are willing to take the help. I recommend her

Professor Tamarkin knows her material very well. She has many useful resources and is willing to help you if you are willing to put the time in. A&P is not an easy class but she gives extra points on all quizzes/exams and is very straight forward about what you should know. I would highly recommend her.

She is very rude and tries to treat her students like they are inferior to her. I've had my bachelors degree for 12 years and now I'm doing my prerequisites for physical therapy. Her class isnt that hard, but she lets you know all semester that she has her Ph.D. I've never had a professor that uses their degree to belittle students like DOCTOR T.

didnt enjoy her class, dreaded going, she has an attitude problem, shes not understanding, very rude to her students, extra help basically wasnt an option, thinks shes better then everyone since shes a "doctor" makes you feel like the worst person in the world if you're late or miss a class, doesnt teach effectively. i DO NOT recommend her at all.

Dr. Tamarkin was a very helpful professor. She made sure that the students were always on track with what we were doing, made sure we understood the material. All the tests we took were off of notes that we took. I would recommend taking this professor.
