When I first began this class she had explained to the class her love for teaching math , but it ironically when we do not know something her answer is " you should know this already" or "go to a tutor " She does not teach or show passion for teaching. She shows you a topic and pass out paperwork until its testing time. I regret this class.

Really rude, Honestly she can be replaced by a computer that prints out basic algebra worksheets(because thats all she does and expects you to know it on top of not helping you and being lazy, late, and gets her own problems wrong)and the students would probably get work done faster, in-time, and with respect.

This was my second time having her. She makes it very clear when all of your assignments are due and she goes over examples from the previous class before teaching the next lesson. She is super fair and a friendly teacher. I almost failed Algebra in highschool and ended up getting an A- in college alegbra

Professor Panasuk is the best!! I haven't practiced Math/ Algebra in many years .I was nervous that I may not do well in her class. I am glad that I completed this course successfully with the help, support and excellent mentorship from Professor Panasuk!! I love how she teaches and simplifies the complexities of x&ys!haha Thank you very much!:)

She was amazing at explaining the material to us. She tells you at the beginning of the semester when every homework is due and when every test. She also writes the schedule out for the chapters every time we had class so that everybody was aware of when homework was due and what we were going to learn in the current and next lectures.

She told us at the beginning of the semester when every single homework assignment would be due, when every test was and exactly what it was on. She couldn't be more clear. She doesn't leave room for you to pass things in late at all, but if you do what you need to do on time (which she gives you plenty of time to do) you'll pass.

Don't recommend if you have a hard time understanding Algebra, as she puts the work and responsibility into your hands. Lots of homework, very strict with deadlines and results. Not very helpful, as I asked for help before an exam and she scoffed in my face telling me to pay attention more.

Take notes, keep up with the online homework and do the practice tests. If you procrastinate the homework it will be harder to understand the material. She puts the learning in your hands and makes complicated math very easy to understand with good shortcuts, no memorizing formulas or anything like that. I would take her class again.

Dr. Deb is amazing. I've taken her for three math classes, as well as the Psychology of Learning (which is what she has her PhD in). This was a flex semester class, so it was fast paced. I would love to see this subject carried in a 16 week semester.

Algebra has ALWAYS been a struggle of mine. Professor Panasuk helped me so much in this class. She made me understand how to do algebra. She gives take home practice tests which are similar to the real test. This makes for an easy A-B. You get about 10 days to do homework which is great. The best professor I have had at this school!

You miss a class and get F's for participation (Does not matter to her if you have a legitimate excuse). Don't get involved in political conversation, if she doesn't agree that will affect the way she treats you in class. Texts are extremely long and difficult.

I am absolutely horrible at math, Debbie Panasuk made everything as clear as she could for me and was always willing to help. She also gives practice tests before every quiz with all of the material that will be on the quiz just with different equations, it helped me so much. I took her for 2 math classes and I wished I could have taken her more.
