Comment:

Easy A but still not worth it. Schultz can't relate to her students at all. Lectures are extremely dull and almost never relevant. Talks in circles, sound like a broken record by the second class. Left the class feeling like I learned absolutely nothing. If this class was a product, I would take my receipt back to the store and demand a refund.

Comment:

Shultz was by far the most difficult professor at Chaffey College she does not give straight answers to questions and will put you on blast if you ask a question. Her lectures are far too long and are meaningless as in they teach you nothing. This class was absolutely horrifying do yourself a favor and don't take it

Easy A class. If you are a shynervous person, she will put you on the spot when you are presenting. You learn more about her than anything else. You never crack the book open until your mid term and final. You will be expected to read the whole book. Her tests are tricky because all answers are right but you have to choose the BEST answer.

Easy course that should be an easy A, that is until you take her tests. There's the midterm and final, she believes that studying is done best the day before. Which is odd because her tests bear so much weight. Show up to every class and study for every test. Does not respond to emails promptly.

I would have to say that prof. Shultz is one of my all time favorite teachers. she's inspirational, cares about you, and wants you to succeed. most definitely recommend her!

it's easy to score an A on every speech. But she believes for exams it's best to study right before so she crams everything that's on the exam in the week before. She talks about herself too much and she will put someone on the spot for upsurd reasons. take it if you want to pass, but you'll get tired of her attitude she's not professional.

Very helpful teacher, grades based on how much effort you put into your work. Gives you an opportunity. to do extra credit, projects are fairly easy if you pay attention in class and do assignments.

She was NOT an easy teacher. She made things 100 times more complicated then need be. Honestly, it's not that it was hard or a lot, it was the way she taught it. Make sure u read your speeches EXTREMELY slow or else she will have claimed to have not heard any of your sources. She's a real piece of work with a holier than thou attitude. Talks A LOT.

This woman is something else! She loves Ronald Reagan, and hates the flu - she'll mention that at least twice a class meeting! Class is a breeze if you get on her good side --- which is easy! Just smile and nod at everything she says, because she loves herself more than just about anything else! In all seriousness, it'a an easy class.. Take her!

very easy and laid back professor. Easy A for sure. Fun personality, idk what everyone else is talking about. don't see how she is horrible. the exams are based on common sense answers so not too much studying for me. guidelines are easy, just follow it and you'll do fine.

Class is an easy A. However, the prof is stuck up. Get on her good side, u'll get an A. If she doesn't like you it'll affect ur "participation points". I got into it with her&ended up with a B but got an A on every speech. Believes prof's always right&student's always wrong.

Do not dare to make a questioning this course! STOP before converting communication class in a personal tragedy. It is horrible. Indeed, easy grade … for the torture of listening to herself talk to herself. Total of 5 speeches, Mid-Term, and a final. Oh, tip for the tests, as she says: “Just read the whole book”!

Nice lady if she likes you! About 3 speeches and 1 group presentation. Easy!!! she gives you the outline in class... follow that and ur great! Mid-term and final review was torture! Easy to get an A. She will even allow u to make up any speeches that u missed 4 full credit. Only bad was that she LOVES to hear herself talk.

Easy, nice professor. She thought everyone did a great job. Text was easy to read & we didn't really need it. Just put some work into your speeches & it'll be ok. Having said this, I'm not sure if I really learned too much new things though!

I think she is a misunderstood lady. Yes the class is easy, 4-5 speeches for the whole term. Her final and mid-term are not that hard. Don't go to the Final review because all she will tell you is to pretty much read the whole book. If you want to pass the class on your speeches you have to be overly dramatic in your word and voice usage.
