This is the worst instructor I have ever encountered. Her format is geared to students which she enjoys. Her exams does not work in harmony with the textbook. Please take another instructor, anyone else but Professor Goldberg !!! She has the highest drop rate at NOVA.

The tests are extremely hard. I took ELI and got a C b/c I did all the hw and got a C on the first exam. You can pass the class if you do the 1 case study and all the HW. She responds to your email quickly.

She wasn't the teacher I signed up for. I'm glad they changed. She is very good, laughs a lot, and if you write down everything she puts on the board you won't even need a book. Her exams are very alike with homework and exercises we do in class and she allows 1 pg note. I got an easy A. But if you are lazy don't take her class!

took ACC 211 and dropped out with a W, the class had 20 students, 7 remained in class and 13 people dropped her class after the 1st and 2nd test! i dedicated so much of my time to do my homework on Connect, always got a 20/20 but her tests were really hard. i wouldn't recommend anyone to take her class :/

I do not recommend taking her for accounting. The material done in class was not clear and did not match the homework. In class, she would often times forget to write down parts of the problems. She is very knowledgable of the subject but does not do a good job explaining it.

She is a really nice person, but her class isn't easy. I found it helped a lot to read the chapters before coming to class otherwise it was hard to understand the problems she doing. Read the book, show up to class, and do the work each week, and you should do fine otherwise you will most likely fail.

This professor is very sweet and its halarious how she laughs ALL the time for no apparant reason! If you pay attention in class, she goes over everything that will be on the test! She even lets you bring a cheat sheet to her exams!

Prof. Goldberg is really nice & helpful.She is clear in her explanations although she can get off topic.Accounting is a difficult subject so read the text book and do all the practice problems you can in My Accounting Lab which is great.Don't miss a lecture because she clearly explains each type of problem she gives on the tests.

Took her in the Spring and really understood her style. Did the homeworks and took good notes. I got an A. We did have alot of people drop though, so she may appeal primarily to the older student. I will definately take her again. She expects people to show up, big surprise, and if you don't she puts in the same effort.

This teacher doesn't care about her students at all. Never answer a single question clear and said often that she didn't know why acct rules were made that way! I looked for her couple of time before & after class for clarifications but she was NEVER helpful and rushing me to leave. If Acc is your mayor DON'T TAKE HER. Ah! She smiles all the time.

just finished the summer 6wk session, attendance is not mandatory, her tests were 2 40 question MC tests and then a hw grade, (1 4 each ch.)that we could turn in as many times as we needed 2 get a 100. print out the glossary def's, ch notes, and powerpoints from blackboard, i never took notes, didnt really go 2 class except 4 tests and i got an A.

I had a Great experience in her class. She is a Great professor. Very Intellegent. You need to attend every class and take good notes. She grades fairly and leneint she understands we do not all want to be accountants. She really cares about her students. Recommended.

This class is very hard. If you are not 100% interested in accounting, do not take this class. She cannot teach well at all, and to do well, you have to have a strong understanding of accounting before taking this class. If you are very serious in accounting, this class will work well for you. She allows you to use notes, but it doesn't help

She is a good professor. Take good note because u can use it for your tests. She allows you to open note when doing the test. One homework for each chapter. 4 tests. Attent all the classes, do your homework, you will be fine. RECOMMEND

not that bad, make sure to keep notes in order, attend every class, i took it over a 6 week summer course so classes were 4 hours long that sucked, do the problems in class and the homework, take VERY good notes for the test and you'll do fine
