Speech is nerve-racking but not in her class. She makes the class very fun and oddly enough, you become really good friends with your classmates. We all walked in scared to death and we all hugged on the last day. This class and Eva will change your mind on public speaking.

Eva is awesome you guys! I know you are super nervous about taking SPE but she makes it really easy! Super great teacher I couldn't say more nice things about her! She teaches you how to be organized, just follow her methods and you will so great!

Eva is caring and an extremely good teacher if you do not understand something. She understands that is nerve-racking to give a speech in front of your peers and helps you through it. Overall and extremely easy class to pass if you follow the guidelines on the rubric.

Eva is a very sweet person and teacher. She wants to see every student succeed, but she also wants you to get out of your comfort zone and grow. If you go to class, do the assignments, and engage in her class then you will succeed. She is always smiling and making each class enjoyable.

Eva is a VERY nice teacher, very helpful and available, but advanced students may struggle in this class. She held the class's hand through every assignment and had us doing little busywork assignments to make sure we knew what we were doing. I understand that some people need that, but I just felt patronized. This class killed my spirit.

Great teacher and is an understanding person. Since my class was so big, she had one of the speeches as a group speech, she chose the groups. Because of this, I'm not getting as good of a grade as I would like to because the people in my group wasn't as prepared, and she graded the speech as a whole instead of individually. Amazing overall.

Eva is a great teacher! She genuinely cares about her students and their success. She explains things very well and is always willing to help. Follow her directions and you are sure to pass! I want to take her advanced speech class! She's my favorite teacher at Lake Land.

She is an amazing teacher and always is just ecstatic about teaching. If you have any questions she is sure to answer them fully. Fairly easy going and class isn't too hard. She helps make speech class a bit less scary, not to mention that the chili pepper hotness rating doesn't lie. Would I take another class with her? Absolutely.

Seriously, the most amazingly beautiful college professor on the face of the planet!!!!! In all seriousness, excellent prof, wants students to succeed, and is very helpful. Makes speech fun!!
