I loved Helen so much. She is the sweetest teacher and just wants all of her students to succeed. She does a great job at trying to make french enjoyable for those of us who had to take it and didn't really want to be there. I thought she was great!

Helen basically told us we would never learn French so she'd speak French and tell us to respond in English. I had another French etacher after her and learned more in 2 weeks than I ever learned with Helen. Ridiculous.

this lady is terrible, nothing else to say about her. Her french course was a joke, we went over everything in no time at all, skimming over everything that is important. I have other classes and other commitments, lets be honest with ourselves here, were not going to be fluint french after one semester so why dont we try to actually obtainthebasic

the class is ridiculously easy. as long as u do all the work outside of class then u wont end up sitting in class with a confused look and rolling ur eyes at her, which most everyone seems to do...and yes the hmwk can be a bit much at times, but if u have learned anything from any other spanish classes u ahve taken then the class is mad easy, i think people need to stop complaining about the class and just do the work, ur in college taking a masters spanish class...ur not in junior high anymore

She kicked me out of her Spanish I class because she said that I would be "too smart" for that class since I took 4 years of Spanish in high school. But what she didn't know (or choose to listen) was that it had been 10 years since I had graduated from high school, thus I didn't remember anything I was taught in Spanish in high school

i honestly had no problem with her. i found the class super easy and clear, i think people only have a problem wit her because they expect her to speak english jsut as much as she speaks spanish, and that freaks people out...but its a college spanish cour
