Show up for every class and you'll at least get a B (if not an A). The textbook is a xerox bound book (meaning cheap) which is a huge plus. Don't bother with the Einstien's Notes cause they're wrong (most people do poorly going this route).

EASY PHYSICAL GEN-ED. Nice guy, simple material. No textbook!!! Course packet is a necessity to do well. His accent was completely understanable. Best GEO 2200 teacher...along with Waylen, ofcourse. =)

Great teacher, always willing to help. He's pretty funny too. He once quoted lines from Chappelle's Show (something you wouldn't expect a Ghanian teacher to do). Even if you miss some classes, he reiterates the concepts over and over and makes the material as easy as possible. He helps everybody especially if you ask him to.

Good Teacher. The tests come straight from the course packet and notes all you have to do is memorize.There is no textbook. He is nice, funny, and doesn't mind repeating the concepts in fact he encourages it.

This is, hands down, the best gen-ed physical science class at UF. Kojo is hilarious and makes the material ridiculously easy. Make sure you're in his section!

Buying the course pack and going to class makes the tests very easy. I bought notes for the last test and it wasn't as easy. Its really boring but since everything builds on itself in the class the concepts are not hard to understand. Practically tells you test questions throughout his lectures. An A starts at 87 and 2nd test is curved.

You could find this class annoying if you have trouble understanding or are unwilling to try to understand a thick accent. Otherwise, Owusu is really funny and cares how you do in the class. He will always be helpful, and if you take the slightest interest in the course he try hard to accomodate you. I hate to recommend buying the notes, but do.

Owusu made class so funny! He can be hilarious, and he's constantly cracking jokes! I could definitely recommend this class as one that you could pull an A or a B in, as long as you come to class, pay attention, and buy that course packet!!

Easy class. Kojo is helpful, but he sometimes doesn't explain things well. It doesn't really matter. Besides the midterm (which was curved), the other 3 tests are extremely easy!

ok. yes strong accent but u can bear through it!! he will bust out of NOWHERE and be HILARIOUS! sometimes ull find urself laughin about something for minutes or at a random later time! he's very smart. buy the coursepacket, study, GO TO CLASS and ull be great. he gives test questions during class and is very lenient! good guy, good teacher.

Yes, his accent is pretty brutal. People often didn't even show up. He is a really nice guy though, and is at least very helpful when it comes to what you need to know for the tests. Just study the online powerpoint presentations and you should do fine.

Yes, the accent is pretty bad. BUT he's a really nice and caring guy. He wants you to do well in his class and the curve is great. I went to class everyday and got an A with no problem. Really sweet, adorable man. The accent really doesn't hinder you doing well in the class.

He does have a pretty thick accent, but is the most helpful and concerned teacher I have ever had. Go to his office hours, STUDY and go to lectures and you should get an A. He is also good with cancelling class during holidays.

Yes, he's difficult to understand but I got an A with no problem whatsoever. You just need to pay very close attention and STUDY. No reason to not do well. And the grading scale is very curved.
