Dr Ricardo lectures almost every class but its very engaging. I would take him over and over again. A few videos were watched but he throughly goes through the chapter and you learn from his life experiences. Amazing Professor

Comment:

Dr. Ricardo was a really great professor. He answered emails in a timely fashion. There was one 1,000 word paper that was really easy to manufacture. Honestly it was harder to condense it all into 1,000 words because the topic is usually pretty broad so you can talk about anything extensively. The test was pretty hard but easy if you studied.

I actually have always hated school because I have a learning disability and I believe there is more than one way to learn. Dr. Ricardo understands that and has worked with me and motivated me. I now feel like I have a real direction in life for success. Great professor and human being.

Comment:

His textbook for the class was a VERY interesting read and costs only $5. His goal is to prepare you for networking and practicing being professional in the business world. Do his assignments, and participate and you will have NO trouble. His final was a 1,000 word essay in the assessment center. The question was easy to write about.

Comment:

Online course. I found it best to read EVERYTHING in the chapter. Vocab heavy, graded by Discussion Posts, Term Paper, Midterm & Final 25% each. Study guides are provided and pretty similar to tests. Tests are True & False questions. Term paper is 1,000 words APA. Discussion posts are for each chapter & must respond to 2 students for each module.

I have taken Ricardo Multiple times for different classes. My first semester into my BA, he was one of the reasons I knew I wanted to go into business and possibly HR. Hes assignments are clear and hes very informative. He wants you to pass his class and will do everything he can to make sure you do. Make sure to show up. And be respectful.

Great professor. He knows his stuff and relates it to real-world useful knowledge. The final was an essay, which was nice. His lectures are very interesting. He makes class enjoyable, not boring. He provides clear simple instructions and study guides. Don't show up late to class and do the discussions.

Class is easy, though discussions often veer off course. In terms of assignments, it's mostly just an APA 1,000 word paper, a midterm and then a final. You can probably do this class in the summer or online if needed. Enthusiastic teacher and speaker, though he can be a bit too much at times,

Dr. Ricardo truly cares about his students but I can NOT stress this enough: do not be late for class! He is an easy grader if you show up to the class on time and participate. Starts every class with a fun music video to wake everyone up. No homework! Just a midterm, 1'000 word APA paper, and a final.

The class material was ok, but this professor is quite overbearing and somewhat neurotic. He refuses to give feedback on papers on assignments, which I feel is a neglection of his job duties. If I turn in a large project or paper, I feel that he should give feedback so I can improve my future assignments for this and other classes.

Easy summer class. He rounded my 88.50 up to an A. Taking him again in the fall. If you need to contact him in an online class good luck. Taking him in person next semester. Grade based on 4 things, 25% each. Gave me 100 on discussions and 1000 word paper. Midterm and final not too hard, do the study guide and you will pass them both.

Grade is based on 4 things, each 25% of your grade. Midterm, final, 1000 word paper and discussions. He gave me 100 on the paper and discussions. Tests were not too bad, I passed both. Took this class summer B, really easy. Do his study guides and put effort into db posts and you will be fine. Good luck getting an email response from him though.

Im not sure about this Professor in person Ive taken him once online and now again. I HATE him online but I have to take the classes so Im stuck. Put it this way he want chapters 1-5 read and do chapter review post on discussion and then reply to 2 people an APA 1000 word paper with 5 ref min 3 have to be from data base by 5/18 its the 9!!

Professor Ricardo is a very nice guy and teaches very well. He helps drive home the points of his lectures as he wants everyone to succeed. His study guides are just a list of words you're suppose to define as the questions on the test are in definition form. Would take again.

I enjoyed my time with Dr. Ricardo. He knows the subject matter and gets a kick out of his job. He cares and shows it. Ricardo relates on all levels and is a solid communicator. Everything is clearly spelled out in the syllabus with a couple of odds and ends thrown in. The music selections each day were interesting...

The Best Professor. He is very caring. He love his job and he make sure you understand each topic before you move on to the next. Well educated, he knows his work. Real life example for you to relate. The book is mandatory, a lot of key notes and information that you can apply in the workforce. Again the Best Professor. I took him Spring 2016.
