Comment:

Professor Klein was a very approachable teacher-- he wants the best for his students. However, the lectures were very short and showed no explanation of the work being used to solve the problems. Also, his handwriting was hard to read and the exams are nothing like the hwk. The review sheets helped on tests and he gives extra credit if you ask.

Comment:

Professor Klein was forced to go online Fall of 2020 because of Covid. The entire semester he would remark how much harder it has been on him, how it takes more time, etc. His lectures were impossible to read without going back a couple times and listening to what he's saying while he's writing. There were almost no live sessions. I don't recommend

Comment:

His lectures were directly from the book so towards the end I stop watching them and read straight from the book. According to other students, he replied to students slowly and he often made mistakes during the lectures that he did not fix or comment on. Also, if you only watch his lectures and do the HW you will not pass.

Comment:

His handwriting is atrocious and very difficult to read on the recorded lectures. He doesnt show any work during the lectures and he expects us to know exactly where his numbers are coming from. He also often makes mistakes in the lectures and doesnt correct them. He offered two small extra credit assignments as well.

Good guy overall, and is quite the looker if you know what I mean. As long as you go to class and keep up with his pace you will do just fine. Oh and think twice before you answer, my friend.

This guy is kinda mean but he is a good professor. Don't ask dumb questions or answer questions incorrectly. Not a very difficult class.

As long as you go to class + lab and do homework, you'll get a high grade. He sufficiently answers any questions during class, and the work is light to moderate. I generally don't like math, but this class made it less intolerable.

Comment:

One of the least caring teachers I've had in my college experience. Cancels class on average once a week, only lectures 2 days, and the third gives out a worksheet so he doesn't have to do work that day. Doesn't cover material effectively because he doesn't have content prepared before class, just goes off the head and makes many mistakes.

He is very helpful.'His quiz and test are no surprise then what we learn in class. I recommend u take his class if he teaching Calc 1, 2.

This man is the reason im not failing Calc 2. He clearly explains the material and could not be more straightforward. He also is hilarious and loves going on random tangents. He makes the class very easy, i especially recommend this to science majors like myself who only need up to calc 2 for their math.

He is alright, first he started to give us Quiz, then started giving us worksheet so we can work with group and later he would do problem in class and give us credit for that. Test are alright, he would tell you what will be on test and one extra question does comes what he said to be ther.

I couldn't follow his lecture he doesn't solve the problem before he shows it to us as an example and you can tell. He grades decent but his tests are harder than the practice exams. He loves to proof things which is confusing and unnecessary would never take him again definitely got wayne stated with him.

Comment:

Mr. Klein is one of the worst teachers I have ever had. He constantly makes errors and skips every detail within the example. Sometimes I wonder if he even knows how to do the question because he literally makes tons of errors every class. I would not recommend, nor would I ever recommend,him. If you have the option to choose another teacher,do it.

The best professor I had this semester. He really wants you to learn...he does notes amazingly. He explains like a genius...you will LEARN. He uses chalk to teach to you(not powerpoints). His exams and quizzes are everything he has taught you(no surprises). He gives you the formulas. There is no homework. He curves. What more can you ask for.

Dumbest class EVER! The TA's are foreign with attitudes. John does nothing but copy from a book somewhere and put it on a slide show. Its more words than math in this class. Avoid taking this.
