Comment:

One of the best classes outside my major that I took. Prof Ullman helped my writing a lot. I also thought she was very sexy. I wish I could take her class again but unlike some slackers, I passed the first time.

As a freshman coming from normal high school english I struggled in her class. I felt she was cold, and a very hard grader for the first semester of freshman year. I recieved a C- in her class and the next semester n ENG 104 with Hall I got an A-. If your up for a boring challenge go for it I guess.

This professor actually helps you with papers, although there are quite a bit of papers but you have a choice of which papers you want to write from a selection about topics we are working on at the present moment. If you sign up for conferences and email her, she will tell you what she is looking

High expectations. All my essays were "C" material to her. while other classes write essays on friendship, she has u write on immigration. Boring subject matter, makes it hard to write. She is a nice lady though, just hard. it was definitely a challenge, but if ur up for it..take her.

Very boring material! OMG! If you are interested in writing papers on immigration all semester she's your best bet. Gives you about 4 handouts a day!...that was annoying. But she's really nice , if you are stuck in the class make sure to read and ask her questions. and try to stay awake! :)

Provides tons of handouts, many of which are unnecessary, however my class probably needed them giving their blatant spelling errors and inability to write a sentence. Nice and friendly. Subject being studied in class is very bland and uninteresting.

She is a really nice teacher. I enjoyed her class she gives out a ton of handouts but they allow you to have a thorough understanding of what she expects. Our class had a fun time and always laughed. She is approachable and understanding. Take her class!!
