Dr. Adams is an amazing person and professor. She is not easy and neither is the subject; however, she is very helpful and gives plenty of opportunities for students to get a good grade. I was having personal problems when I had to take her class and she was extremely understanding and was always available to talk me through the material I missed.

Teacher is not helpful, confusing and very hard to approach. Makes subject more abstract than necessary and rambles for most of the class. Note taking is nearly impossible as she speeds through lessons. Do NOT take her!

One of the worst teachers I have ever had! She doesn't teach at all and doesn't prepare students for the test. Loves regurgitated information. Overall, you learn nothing from the class. She is also very RUDE.

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! WARNING: this is a death zone, you will regret every moment of every singing up for this lady's class! Her method of teaching is so complex and on her tests she wants precise definitions if not the entire thing is incorrect.Not worth having to stress the whole semester! Also very rude and try's to apologize after..BEWARE!

Dr. Adams lectures are very confusing. she always trails off and never makes sense. She expects everyone to write amazing essays but, does not give proper directions. Takes points off for everything. I did not enjoy this class at all. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS.

Dr. Adams lectures are very confusing and she does not explain her lessons at all. She tends to trail off constantly. She does not explain what she wants in her essays and expects everyone to excel, when she does not give proper direction. Overall, I had a horrible semester and did not enjoy this philosophy course AT ALL.

Dr.Adams doesn't know how to teach. her hw has nothing to do with tests.She talks in riddles and doesn't know how to explain things when students have questions.I liked philosophy till she ruined it for me, I can't wait to get out of her class. She failed more than 50% of students in all her classes. stay away!

her class was extremely difficult and i had a miserable semester. she takes way too many points off your tests if you dont use correct punctuation or exact definitions. not to mention her lectures never made any sense. in all she's pretty harsh

This is a challenging course. As long as you read the book and talk in class, Dr. Adams will love you. Unlike some of the other older teachers, she is an open-minded woman and loves her job. She is very strict about definitions, and requires students to memorize things. I had some bad grades (even two D's and a C), but I got an A in the class.

When i first told my friends i was taking this professor they all warned me about how horrible she was,but i decided to judge for myself and my friends where right. She is super hard and grades on punctuation rather then your work and she makes absolutely no sense=(

I understand that the material is hard to grasp, but I felt Dr Adams made it much worse. She uses terrible examples, trails off, and is horribly unorganized. She also grades more on grammar/punctuation than content. I really regret taking her because she frustrated me to no limit (even though I aced it). I recommend avoiding her.

The material is very difficult to understand because it goes against coventioanl thinking and understanding. However, Dr. Adams is a teriffic professor and as long as you try you will do fine.
