She is the most knowledgable professor I've ever had. She will teach you so much as long as you commit yourself to doing ALL readings. There is a method to her madness; follow her method and you will succeed not just in her class, but any class you take after obtaining the self discipline from experiencing this course.

Prof was very difficult to communicate with. I had to resubmit work on multiple occasions bc the subject headings in my emails were apparantly not interesting enough for her to bother opening the emails. There is a definite slantagenda in this class towards race issues. This could've been a great class, but instead, was a serious disappointment.

Excellent professor! She is extremely knowledgeable not only in her research areas but also in subjects alike. Able to present content clearly and logically. Very engaging, and challenges her students to improve their CRITICAL thinking and QUESTIONING skills.

Comment:

Inappropriate personal comments, sarcastic not encouraging, rude comments to certain students. Unclear what her focus was supposed to be since the program did a 180 on her role(misleading to those of us attending). Disinterested in my research project, changed it's focus 1/2 way thru and never got it back, apparently lost it(Thanks!)

Dr. Wallace is completely arrogant and unhelpful.I have received many rude email replies from her.No doubt she is brilliant;however,she is still supposed to be a professor,and aren't professors supposed to teach and guide students and not simply post things online and be annoyed to answer questions.This is too expensive for such poor quality.
