i hated this guy so much, he literally cant teach for his life. All he does is useless examples and then rant about how math is so useful and the KGB.

The only real issue I had with this course is that the professor and TA do not teach in the same syntax and that makes it extremely difficult to pass the quizzes. You can get a B, B+ without doing any work outside of class, which is pretty rare for a differential equations class

Worst professor i ever met!!!!, do not ever register in his class, u will never learn a damn thing from his class. notes are full of mistakes, hard to understand what he is talking about, always 3-5 mins late, homework is a disaster, very disappointed.

Comment:

Most of our class hated Krawcewicz, but I didn't really mind him, although he isn't the friendliest person during office hours. Be prepared to spend quite a while on the assignments (they are long) and also be prepared to integrate some weird functions. Midterm was a piece of cake, but the final was difficult due to really butch integrals.

He`s Incredibly disorganized and his notes are all over the place and are FILLED with errors. Midterm was easy but final was hard. I guess he`s a nice enough guy but he`s useless when you go to him for help outside of class. Textbook he chose for this course was bad. He assumed our class was smarter than we were i guess, i`d avoid him if you can!

Assignments long and difficult. Thick Polish accent, but understandable. Exhaustive class notes all you need for homework. Clearly cares about students and class. Excellent instructor. Prepares you well for midterm and final, with many practice questions. Class average where it should be. Learn about KGB and reviving Frankenstien in a math class!!

Dr. Krawcewicz done a great job of teaching Math 114 to me this semester. He was very dedicated to making sure we understood the content that he was teaching us, even if it meant hard examples in lectures and long assignments, it prepared us well for future Math courses and the final exam.

Professor Krawcewicz did well at communicating the material to the class. Both midterm and final exam were consolidated for all sections and Professor K prepared us by giving review examples that relate to what we would face on the actual exams. Notes were thorough but sometimes a little disorganized. Would recommend his math classes to others.

Kooky, and with an accent that can border upon impenetrable, but nonetheless an excellent instructor. He won't dumb-down the material, but his lectures are crystal clear, even for the difficult concepts. He's also the only math prof at the U of A that I know of who will actually help students himself, and he's a very good teacher one-on-one.
