To be honest I got an A because I studied outside of class. Coming to class was sort of pointless for me because he goes through his lecture slides so fast that you might as well not be there. You can get his lecture notes (he'll let you use a flashdrive) and read the book and take your own notes. But you don't need to stress about this class.

I'm sure he means well, however supplemental study material would be highly recommended. Khan academy is essential... Kray talks to his students like they are his colleges... go into his courses with confidence in your independent study skills.

Subbed for our Chem 22 class the entire semester. Funny guy but does not tolerate tardiness and talking in class, so don't do those things if you want to avoid getting yelled at. His exams were not that hard, he gives practice tests where like 50% of the questions are identical to the actual test. Knew nothing about lab though, a total disaster.

Kray does not like punks, laziness, tardiness, or people who talk in class. I think those with dispariging remarks fell into one of those categories. His gruffness is just to get rid of the riff-raff. He's a great guy and will go out of his way to help those who show effort. Treat him w respect (he knows his stuff) and he will treat you w respect.

this guy is a joke. i think he knows the material but doesn't have the passion to teach. i don't understand why he still teaches even though he doesn't seem to enjoy it. retire please...newais...if you want an easy A and don't want to learn anything...take this class.

This teacher is not a very good teacher. I did not learn anything in class at all from him. Not only that, but he plays a lot of favorites and if he does not like you watch out. He is the worst teacher I have ever had at Chaffey. He doesn't help you in lab.
