I'm an ex-student at Langara, and I'm surprised that her rating is so low. I didn't achieve the greatest grade but that's my fault and not on Anita herself. Honestly she's a very nice and approachable person, so not sure why the bad rating! If you're a good student in the lab setting, easy A! I just did not have the time mangement back then

After listening to all the bad reviews about Anita, I was so scared. But after I had a few labs with her, I realized she is a very charming and happy-go-lucky lady. She is very welcoming and always ready to help. Her lab exams are very fair and she is a fair marker too.

Passionate down to earth person. Her smile is infectious, and I have yet to see her have a down day. If you see her outside of school, she's just like a student; very approachable. Very accessible for questions. Quizzes and midterms are very easy if you study [use flascards]. This lab should be a mark BOOSTER for your Cell class. Attend ALL labs!!!

She's awesome! Anyone who doesn't like her either didn't study enough, didn't ask enough questions, didn't understand the material at all, or is just mentally and socially handicapped! Ask questions: she's very patient. A pleasure to learn from.

Anybody who did not appreciate having Anita as their lab instructor must have been from another planet... or must not have taken any chemistry courses at Langara yet. Anita is extremely approachable. Doing well in her lab is easy: study hard; don't be afraid to ask questions; show her that you are learning from your mistakes.

she's a tough maker, watch grammar, spelling period, otherwise, you're screwed. she's fresh in marking and doesn't make reasonable judgements on exams. make sure you study alot for exams, coz the efforts u put into this course do not balance out with the results u get. good luck!!
