Prof Corsaro made the class interesting. He told lots of funny stories - but most were related to property. Also, he really did care about the students; he wanted us to do well.

I loved Corsaro. Some classmates didn't. Will you have to teach yourself? Yes. Most classes are like that. He had a funny sense of humor and some people just couldn't take his jabs. He called the whole class a bunch of uncultured creatures all the time! He loves movies! Study and you will do ok on the finals.

Prof Cosaro, He is very nice and cares about the students. Just do the work and everyone will pass his class. He is a very good grader and teaches well. I have seem much tougher professors at MSL who don't care if you pass or not. He is a good man. He wants his students to all pass. I must honestly say he is one of the best instructors here.

He teaches the material really well and is very pleasant. I took him during the summer for real estate and it was my best course taken so far. He is one of the best instructors.

Professor Corsaro is an excellent professor! You must do the work and teach yourself if you want to get an A in his class. He will NOT spoon feed you and if you're lazy, you will fail! Take advantage of his review days, they're really helpful.

It is very possible to get an A in the class...I did....you just have to listen and keep up with your notes...he will jump around so you have to organize it to make sense out of it...but whatever you do DO NOT slack off...go over the info over and over again...I wouldn't recommend outside sources...he gives you what you need

A lot of people hate on "Corsi" but hes not a bad guy. If you want to pass the class with a C, its relatively simple: Its called open the book up and learn yourself... Some people do not take the time to even do this and probably complain. The people that study real hard can get A's. If you are super lazy you will fail this class.

It's one thing to have to DO THE WORK, but another to have top TEACH YOURSELF the material! Should not be teaching a required course, material was pretty much self-taught except for the movie trivia covered in class.

WHAT IS INTERESTING TO ME IS HOW MANY 1L RESPONSES WHO HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO EXPECT FROM LAW SCHOOL. You need to work here folks. Corsaro is excellent and if you didn't like him, good luck on the bar. Corsaro brings real world practical experience with a sense of humor to the class. I had him for property and conveyancing as well.

"carm the arm" corsaro looks like Mo the bartender from the simpsons, and he's seen every movie ever made. not the most exciting teacher, but follow his handouts and you're all set. don't worry if you bomb the midterm, just focus on his final. and go for extra help, he'll give you all you need then.

Corsaro is a funny guy.He could have been a bit more helpful, but over all was a pleasant guy and seemed pretty knowledgable. Try to get your brief (all students must brief a case aloud) done early in the semester.You might feel lost at times,but hang in there, in the end u will prob be OK.Try to go to his weekly review sessions,they are helpful

Professor Corsaro is an excellent teacher with a lot of practical insight to impart. He expects a lot of his students and does not spoon-feed. He wants you to read and find the answer. I have a feeling those that gave him poor marks didn't do the work and wanted their hands held through the semester. It's law school, not college.

He seems like he would be a good lawyer but he is the WORST professor ever! I am angry that in taking property I had no choice of which professor that I wanted. His reputation preceeded him. I would NOT have taken his class. I feel that I will be at an extreme disadvantage when it comes time to take the bar exam.

This class is pretty boring to most. Professor Corsaro is a joker in his own way and he means nothing but good for students but gets sidetracked throughout the semester. Just ask him questions after class and this guy will go out of his way for you.
