Product Development. More design-aspect-driven rather than merchandising. There's a lot of reading. 2 books. One you read every week and post responses on iLearn. Second one, you use throughout and must answer 2 sets of questions. 3 projects throughout. First 2 by yourself and last with a group. MUST draw 60 sketches too. Takes attendance!

I've had Connie for the past 2 years and she is AMAZING. She is probably the most inspirational teacher I've had in my whole undergrad career. You can tell that she is so passionate about her students and the content that she teaches. You don't really need the book for this class, you can get by with not buying them. just borrow from a nice friend!

Connie is an OK teacher. She is never clear about what she wants and I feel like I didn't learn a lot from her class. I felt like I was back in grade school in her class- it was definitely an easy A. Her feedback was never clear and I felt that she would sometimes make up random grades.

Connie is AWESOME! I've had her for several classes and I love her. She really cares about the students and has a passion for what she teaches. She has real life experience and knows what she is talking about. I can see how some people think she is scatterbrained, but this is part of what makes her pretty easy. She's a great advisor too!

This is the intro course for the ADM major. Connie is really nice and you can tell that she cares about her students. I really like her as a person, but to me the way that the class was set up was disorganized and not really suited for me. I was not alone in my thinking . . She is slightly scatterbrained, but some of her projects are interesting
