Comment:

Absolutely amazing Professor. Very successful in his private life and it is a privilege to learn from someone as awesome as him. Keeps lighthearted environment in class while also teaching the material. I had him for a core class and took an elective taught by him just to have him again.

Comment:

Teaches straight from the book. Spends most of the class goofing off. All papers, but the final paper, are pass/fail. All the pass/fail papers are 1-2 pages double spaced. One paper requires going to the Boston Municipal Court and I didn't have time to visit during the semester so he let me turn it in after the semester was over.

Comment:

Prof. Twomey was one of the best teachers I had as an undergrad. I had very little interest in the subject matter of the course, but he was one of the few teachers who talked to you as a person and got to know your name. The course was worth taking just to meet him.

I took the class cause everyone raved about him. They were right. I just took labor law in law school and Prof. Twomey taught us just as much. Tremendous teacher

He's a funny guy. Eccentric I can say. He likes to create imaginary stories for each student. But his jokes can get a little too weird sometimes. He knows his stuffs... but he likes to beat about the bush. Plus, his teaching is rather disorganized.

Comment:

Had Twomey in '93-94 for business law. Really was a great class. Funny, easy-going guy lulls a few people into think it's a blow off class, but it's not. Lots of good content presented very well.

Best professor I ever had. His classes were actually fun to go to. He also gave me a great job recommendation. Take as many classes with this man as you possibly can. But they're not easy classes, so be careful.
