His online classes are steady & is lenient while not overloading you with work. Relies way to much on textbook material where he isn't much help explaining things. Least responsive & helpful teacher I've had. His grading is poor & lazy with barely any input. Mostly "ok" response, even to questions. Hasnt replied to 2 questions from over a month.

Knew most of the programs except Access, and it was nice to learn Access. He is very helpful, although sometimes it's difficult to understand what he means when he's typing to you in email. But for the most part liked the class.

#1 for me is knowledge; and this guy owns it. Very nice and aproachable. Goes over homework in class. Lets you take a paper test AND an online test; he uses the highest score. This was my 1st 8wk-hybrid class and I loved it. This is an introduction class! So if you are computer savy I recommend that you test out of it because it could be boring.

This was an online class. Best one I have ever had. Video helps out a lot. I wish more online instructors took the time to create an fantastic course like Mr. Shafer has done with this one. Make sure to keep up with the work and overlook the missed proofreading. Do need to study for the quizzes.

I love that little man! lol he is so nice, if you study and know what you are doing hes good to ya. He is a really good teacher. Knows what hes talking about. Probably my favorite prof so far.
