Comment:
Be prepared as he purposely brings his antiquated views up in class to spark discussion and debates. Loves talking about religion and Catholics. Always starts class talking about that days headline and expect him to drift of on a tangent at least once during each class. So long as you read the cases and get the most current BLL, you should be fine.

Very knowlegable. Opinionated, but welcomes dissent and classroom debate on a given topic. Generally uses his extensive knowledge about the subject to give a historical background on the topic covered in the text that day. Very nice person. Probably the most enjoyable clas I have had in law school.

Prof Duncan is one of the best profs i have ever had. He is a tough but fair grader. There will be few, if any, surprises on the test. He has a great way of breaking down the complex subjects and analyses required in CON LAW to make them easier to understand. Will always take time to help you. Take his classes, avoid Prof Rudko Con Law!!!!!

Great teacher. Extremely interesting and funny guy. Very smart but doesn't make the material overly complicated. Always willing to have in class or out of class discussions on or off topic. Goes through every case in the book. Grades moderately hard but not unreasonable. You have to know the material to do well - especially the Commerce Clause.

Amazing teacher!! Really great insight into the Constitution from an orginalist perspective...something you never get in Massachusetts. Alot of experience and has a laid back informative teaching method. Keeps class interesting and adds personal stories. Tolerates all views, but doesn't waiver on family values and morals.

Nice guy but does not teach the law-only summarizes the cases and preaches his anti abortion bs. Also has a major spitball problem. He needs to get a bottle of water to wet his pallate. I am practically living on the streets I spent so much money on supplements. Listen to the PMBR CD's. Also helps if you are against anything liberal.
