Comment:

Judith Greenburg is the queen of NESL. Online Family law with her was fun and discussion based. Her lectures prepare you perfectly for the final if you pay attention. She's gentle with cold calls and all around a sweetheard. Also, I don't agree at all about others saying shes a harsh grader. She took it pretty easy on us. Take her!

Very poor teacher because she does not explain concepts well but she also takes a majority of class time to go over a minor topic that we also discussed the class before too. Rushes through major concepts with poor explanations. Exams are impossible because they are closed book yet she expects you to be able to site the rule perfectly.

Worst teacher I've had. I think she grades with her eyes closed. Plays favorites ALOT, and doesn't use proper English grammar. Do yourself a favor and don't take her class.

WORST PROFESSOR EVER. She might be crazy...for real. Slowest class ever, we all get it, not that hard, but lets re-hash last class. Be careful of her "papers" the are super short not long enough to deal with your topic and she'll change her mind half way through and tell you just to redo it. Yep I'm serious... Don't take it, useless.

I had Dean Greenberg for Torts last fall. I thought she was extremely knowledgeable and explained the material very well. I worked very hard to prepare for her exams and received an A in the class. She is challenging but very fair and is also friendly, helpful and approachable. Excited to take her again for Family Law!

Dean Greenberg is a great professor and I for one think it is a shame that she only teaches torts now that she is the dean, because I really would have liked to take another class with her. You will actually learn (not memorize) torts in her class, regardless of how well you will do navigating her ridiculously complicated fact patterns on the Final

Don't be fooled, Dean Greenberg's exams are long, tedious and difficult. But, she's a great professor, helpful outside of class and interested in the subject and her students. Highly recommended, but be prepared to work very hard for her exams.

I took Prof. Greenberg for 1L-Torts and then Family Law. She's a very good professor, very clear and her explanations help to understand the material. She's a little strict though- at some point I felt like we were treated like children. But overall I liked her.

I didn't even know what a Tort was when I met Prof. Greenberg. She is a great professor and you will learn a lot from her. She is a hard grader and although I got a c- in her evening divsion class, I learned a lot. By the way, she is kind of hot.

Prof. Greenberg is the greatest! She knows a lot about the subject area and communicates that information well to the students. Also, the class is set up like a seminar, so you get lots of credit for participating in class, which is always easy to do because the topics are always interesting and relevant. Okay, hot is the wrong word -- "elegant" would be the right word to describe her appearance. 1st class mind and excellent educator. Has the knack for drawing out the very best from even the dimmest student. Infinitely patient in class, tho she lives up to her rep as a BEAR on exams. But wou WILL be prepared for the bar exam regardless of grade!

I thought Professor Greenberg was an excellent teacher. She is absolutely an asset to the school. She prepares her classes very well and keeps the full attention of the class. She's a tough teacher and a hard grader but an excellent professor.

She's demanding but very fair and will certainly meet a student half way. Offers plenty of extra helps but expects that her students take her and her classes seriously. She's a very big fan of the socratic method.
