Would definitely not want her as my nurse. The least compassionate person I've met, tears students down instead of building them up. Caused stress by expecting care plans due the next morning at 6:30, where no other prof expects a student to be in class 8-5, followed by 6 hours of homework and come back in for an 8 hour shift the next morning.

She is very knowledgable, however her teaching style makes it difficult for you to learn from her. Very rude and hard to approach. Does not foster a positive environment for learning, that's essential in a clinical setting. Embarrasses students who answer incorrectly, caused stress for all clinical group. Lost a great learning opportunity with her

Karen Kenny is the most amazing Nursing prof. I had her for N125, N275 Lab. clinical testing, and the nursing home. I love her to death she is always willing to help, she knows EVERYTHING, I can't imagine being here without her

Karen is such an AMAZING professor and person. She was my instructor for the nursing home and she was soo helpful and understanding... I didn't have her as my 125 prof but I defently recomend her to anyone
