Comment:

Very specific about what she wants in a paper and will boot you in the face if it doesn't happen. However, if you can get over her droll manner you'll find a droll but pretty cool lady somewhere there. If you ask for specific advice she will help you and she let me rewrite my D papers into A's. I think she takes art history too seriously for most students.

Kim is tough. I dont know any other teacher who took the class as far as she did. We studied all the way up to the 1990s, when in all the others, got up to picasso. This creates a question about quality. I dont think we concentrated on the things were were supposed to.

way hard! she expects you to learn way too many slides for the tests and she only picks like 10. plus she is so boring! i got an A in every other art history course here, but couldn't get higher than a b in her class even though i tried twice as hard.
