Comment:

I took Law Office Tech, it was one of the most valuable courses; the tangible aspects of law and setting up a firm and current issues. I LOVED Olson; his colossal intellect and his interesting guest speakers. He puts a lot into planning engaging lessons and allows for student creativity to allow for diverse learning. Hands down the best professor

Good person,nice guy but I witnessed as he allowed students in class pick on another student as he just stands there and giggles like a school boy then same student was approached in a aggressive manner by another student know for having anger issues and Olson stood by and giggled as said student was harrashed and again Olson stood by and giggled..

Disorganized, personable but doesn't seem to care about whether you understand the information and frequently cancels class or ends class early as a result, offers inadequate feedback to improve your writing and what feedback he offers is in the form of jokes and "oh please" type comments without spelling out how to improve. Severely burned out.

Great Guy, makes a tough lesson seem easy, he is without doubt the Hardest working Professor at MSL, had him for Writing, Ethics and now Motions, If you get a chance take him. Most importantly unlike a lot of the Professors at MSL his door is always open when you need help.

He's fairly disorganized. His method of having each student answer a question fails for two reasons. (1) You cannot hear that person saying what the answer is and (2) It's easy to tune out . Olson should lecture more and just tell us what we need to know. He also doesn't questions properly.

Olson is an excellent professor. His classes are fast pace and go by quickly. I learned a lot and honestly can say I had some fun. He really knows his stuff. Wish I could take him for more classes.

Without doubt the most helpful of all Professors at MSL, always around and makes a point to help everyone. He understands the Court setting better then anyone. Take Kurt for any writing related subjects, its his strength. Pizza for life Buddy!

Great Summer class, Prof. Olson really puts effort into his classes , I have taken him for 4 classes since attending MSL, and he is the best Bloke there. He is always around and will always accommodate his students. Worth signing up for his motions class good balance of work, and the most usual for when you get out to practice!

Great Teacher, heart of Gold, has time for you, makes a point of being available, uses a lot of his own improv, to tech you, made a hard subject digestible. Would take him again, also a hotly amongst teacher! Easy on the eyes!

Prof. Olson is a wonderful teacher. Knows the material and conveys it in a way that keeps students interested. Always quick to return emails and is willing to answer students questions in or out of class. Brings a great attitude into the class and always makes students laugh; Olson is funnier than Seth Meyers.

Professor Olson, He is very nice approachable with all his students. It appears that he wants everyone to do well. His grading is somewhat tough but he is still fair. He will take the time to talk with students and is very approachable. I don't know my grade yet but will post feedback once recvd.

Very helpful with any questions, does know a lot about subject. H/ever, really disorganized and is quite subjective while grading. Advice: Suck Up early and often and you should be able to get into the top 4 of the class and thus get a decent grade.
