Oh Bobo. How I both love & hate you. I dont think he's cut out to teach 1Ls. He's a boss in his profession. You'll learn a lot practically speaking from his stories. But the exam is a crapshoot. Just selectively pay attention in class in case he says something amusing/useful, but your time is more wisely spent teaching yourself the subject matter.

Great professor. Talks really fast so you have to keep up. He's the best in the business when it comes to Zoning in MA. Exam was literally everything you've learned for Multiple Choice but the Essay was completely Contracts.

Comment:

Property is incredibly boring and Bobo tries to liven things up. He is super full of himself though so be warned that you'll hear loads of stories about his life. Overall his exam was pretty easy and he seemed to understand not everyone was interested in property.

If you like structure, he's not for you, but keep in mind he is one of the best property lawyers in Mass. All he really wants to do is tell stories, which makes class a lot more fun and less stressful. He gave out study guide and exactly what topics are on the exam. Great guy and teaches the way a teacher should teach - through narrative!

You'll hear a lot of stories out of him, usually the same ones, but he tries to make it fun for the class. He will give lots of examples on the board of the more complicated materials and will also have the class look up supplemental cases on west or lexis. sometimes he can go off on a tangent but he makes prop interesting

Prof Bobrowski is the land use guru. He takes a highly pragmatic and non-theory based approach which is refreshing. He is a practitioner and is sometimes a little cynical but a lot of real. If you are interested in land use you will get a lot out of this class.

Ok so yes he's a nice guy BUT unless you have a background in property his teaching style is ALL OVER THE PLACE- your not sure what is part of the class material or just his personal stories or what to expect on the exam. He offers no help out of class and his motto is if you don't get it just buy more books.

Fun teacher who has a lot of endearing quirks that make him likeable on top of his powerful command of the subject matter. He's not responsive outside of class, but in the classroom he's all yours. He actually made me think that property law might be an area I'd like to practice in, something I never had thought of before.

Somewhat enthusiastic about the material. He is very charismatic and will slow down to answer questions, but you'll never see him outside of class..takes forever to grade.. i'll reluctantly take him again...study his review sheets and take the practice exams online and the tests he hands out

He's not a difficult teacher, but very disorganized. I thought the final was pretty easy, but didn't do great on it, and when I looked at my test, I'm not entirely sure he even read my entire essay. Good teacher if you learn well from his type of teaching style: relaxed, not structured. Just not my cup of tea. He will not respond to email.

One of the most competent educators I have ever met. He takes time in class to make sure everyone is on the same page before moving on to the next subject area. He is also on the bar task force so his insights into the bar exam are extremely helpful. Hopefully, you'll have him for Property.
