I posted on 12/10/13. Ended up with an A and have no idea how that happened. Could have gone the other way. MCQs were really a guessing game. Computing spouses share - do it ways other than how he shows you - for the opposite spouse. Grades posted fast. Be wary of short answer option, if you're wrong you lose points! May the curve be with you.

Final: 58 MCQs. Many were not covered in the book or discussed in class. I attended every class & despite lots of studying, I left the exam yesterday curious to know why 1/3 of the ?'s were not in the book or discussed in class. No animal trusts were on exam. I am in the top 20 of my class yet this class was a crap shoot. Avoid Chester.

Chester is bad, bad, bad. He does not teach, he just reads the book aloud, more or less. You can do that on your own, and you're gonna have to in order to learn anything. You teach this subject to yourself. His exam was not hard, but all mcq comprised of many areas not touched on at all in the class. Was a test of exam taking strategy, nothing else

Professor Chester is brilliant and his classes were challenging and very thought-provoking. He is willing to take the time to help his students and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend taking his classes.

"If you take Wills with this professor, you are an idiot." I ignored that fact and now regret it. He is ok on a personal level, but awful as a teacher. I only learned by teaching myself and his exam was unnecessarily hard-including topics and questions not covered in class. This class is just an extension of his ego. He doesn't care about you.

Extremely knowledgeable. Married to Dom Dimaggio's daughter. Very dry and if you aren't interested in the material, you'll be bored. His final was very hard, but I did get an A, to my surprise. I recommend him.

I felt like I learned the material pretty well. However, be prepared for the most ridiculously and unnecesarily hard exam ever. I know a lot of good students who either received D's or F's. His exam was full of typos. He's condescindingly pleasant during class, but behind the scenes he is cold, arrogant& heartless **** AVOID HIS CLASS!!!

Lots of material to cover but he knows his stuff and teaches it well! I have absolutely no complaints about his teaching. I don't understand the complaints about taking points off for wrong MCs. Don't you know we're all graded on a curve - a unique exam format doesn't make it harder to get a good grade. Just prepare for the test as he gives it.

He was an a--hole. He was difficult on purpose only focused on UCC and made no sense at all. He gave a mid year exam that only 2 people passed. It was yes/no a point for everyone correct -1 for everyone wrong. People actually got negative scores
