Excellent professor. Take the time to meet with him outside of class to review your work. He will give you great, personalized advise about how to improve your writing, exam answers and overall grade. Don't be afraid to participate in class. The only people who don't like this professor are lazy students who need to be spoonfed everything.

Worthless. He only talks about his view, even if it is opposite of the court. Tells you things for the exam that are worthless and says "you don't need to know this" and will make that an essay worth 60%.

I agree that he is very predictable and goes straight from the book. great class to buy the briefs for, stopped reading the book after a while and just used that. didnt like his style at first but he grew on me, exam was straight forward.

He covers each case in the reading and is very predictable. He doesn't expand too much from what is in the book and missed a lot of classes in the spring. He is a nice guy but not the most helpful outside of the classroom. His exams were pretty tough.

awful professor. does not talk about anything useful. if you dont put up your name tag he won't call on you. read his sample answers for essays. DEFINITELY read the supplemental readings he suggests.

Excellent teacher. His old school Socratic method can be intimidating at first, but it provides a strong incentive to prepare for class. He's absent a lot (4 classes in the spring) and we didn't cover all the material in the syllabus.

Great guy, good instructor. Has a lot of practical experience. He offers insights not only concerning contracts, but also practicing law in general. Suffolk is lucky to have him!
