He is very interactive; always tries to get a good laugh with his con law jokes. VERY ORGANIZED - uploads all class materials on BB, as soon as possible. He definitely uses the textbook, but I would recommend getting the e-book since the physical book is like 100lbs. He cold-calls in alpha order so you know when you're up.

Really great professor, former Dean at the school, if you get him for ConLaw he was fair. Open book exam. Very helpful both in class and outside of it. Class Participation was part of it, so keep that in mind, but only 5% enough to raise your grade. One of the most prepared and likable guys at Suffolk. Can't say enough about him honestly.

A great, brilliant teacher. The goof who wrote he is boring is way off! His class was engaging and certainly requires a great deal of student preparation, but the discussions were well worth the work. Do the work, prepare and be very attentive when creating your papers. The class is more like a creative writing class than law school.

Very organized and knowledgeable. Easy to reach outside of class. A lot of role playing, two short papers, and a final exam. Attendance isn't mandatory, but class participation factors into your grade. If you're worried about your GPA, be warned - he's a tough grader. My lowest grade since first year, but I did learn a lot.
