There is no way to make this class interesting even though he tries. He is really dry but once you get the hang of it its not that bad. Easiest grader of all time.

Very knowledgeable, but found myself falling asleep during class and could barely hear him, so sit in the front. Stick to the cases (facts and holdings) and the main rule of law you'll be fine. If you actually listen to him, you might learn something, but don't expect it to be on the test. Very nice guy, but a bit old for our generation.

He can definitely go off on a tangent sometimes but it is usually amusing. Sometimes his explanations need additional clarification but he knows his stuff when it comes to contract law, the history of the law and the UCC/restatement.I found that buying a supplement, like legalines, that corresponds with the book to be helpful. Overall nice guy

Nice and highly intelligent Man, but you won't learn much about the subject matter. Show up, but don't get caught up in what he says and just stick to the casebook for studying and the test will be easy because he copies cases for everything. The essays will likely be on topics you cover very briefly and what doesn't seem important.

You can learn contracts well in his class if you can filter. Pay close attention to his case analysis, but once the student Q's start - put the pen down. Instead of correcting faulty analysis, he will say "that's a good point" and move on, which creates contradictions and confusion. His tangents rock. Exams are easy if you can memorize well.

Well, he's entertaining and knows contract law. Unfortunately, this is a teach yourself kind of class. His exams aren't bad and he loves the U.C.C., but don't expect to actually learn anything in class. He's not clear, but amusing to listen to on his handful of tangents per class!

Contracts 101. Child is brilliant, but doesn't know how to TEACH! He is very nice and kind of funny, yet bad at teaching 1Ls.

The class was almost completely lecture and agonizingly slow. He talks to the floor and mumbles the end of almost every sentence. No information from outside the book is discussed. He definitively solves ethical dilemmas with a dismissive yes or no and doesn't explain his reasoning.

He's a great lecturer but doesn't really teach. He also has a tendency to answer your questions before you are done asking them so he often answers the wrong question. Be prepared to teach yourself this course.

He didn't talk to the class, he talked to the floor and he never answered any questions. the only part of the class that was helpful was the review.
