Will shred you like a piece of paper when you do your case briefs. Exams are very different from his lectures. His lectures are confusing. He talks very fast and it's hard to understand what he's saying. He wastes too much time focusing on useless points of the cases that will never be on the exam.

Here's what you do with Cagle. He comes to class with a yellow sticky note with he will call on. Get someone to sit in the first row and send the word. On the final throw out issues. He uses a plus system of grading, you hit an issue, you get points. you hit one that's not there, you don't lose anything. Lay it on thick.

Class is interesting and he is respectful toward his students. I've heard some students say incredibly dumb things during class, but he never belittled them for it. His quizzes are not graded, but you should study for them like they are. The material is not difficult, but there is so much of it that you cannot cram for the final.

Great teacher with a passion for teaching. He knows his stuff inside and out and has some good jokes and stories. If you have him over Martin, you are in good shape, Martin is slightly dry but is still an amazing teacher and is excellent.

Epitome of a lawyer. Nice person. Experienced. Smart. Takes his job to heart. Loves to help people. Great teacher - very clear and repeats politely. NEVER piss him off, do not be a dink because he doesn't deserve it. He has a god style, very procedural and in order.

HORRIBLE! TEACHES THE CLASS LIKE IT'S SUPER EASY STUFF AND THEN DOESN'T GIVE A REPRESENTATIVE EXAM. NO HELP, AND NO EXAMPLES. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS GUY, FIND A WAY TO DO IT. YOU WON'T LEARN ANYTHING.

Great instructor who brings a wealth of knowledge from his private practice into the classroom. Has good stories and advice. He's focused and intelligent. "What does your research tells you?" is his question to your question when he does not want to give you a wrong ans.- at least he's honest. Tough final, but fair grader. Recommended.

Comment:

Nice guy but NEVER around to answer questions. Embodies the epitome of an ambulance chaser and preaches how the insurance companies are evil. Be prepared to be the "jury" in class, because that is exactly how he teaches. He's good for Torts and his final is brutal, not because he makes it difficult, but because there's so many elements to remember
