Bonnie Black was truly the best math teacher I have ever had! I have always struggled with math prior to taking her class, but she encouraged me and took time out of her busy schedule to help me on things I was having trouble with. Show her that you are determined to work hard and she will be more than willing to help you any way she can!

Bonnie is a great teacher. The hater are lazy & have little no interest in their education; she helps those who want to help themselves. She puts in a lot of extra time to ensure her students are successful, IF they want to be. She holds extra sessions for struggling students. She was my tutor as well. GREAT TEACHER, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

She was really nice teacher. I love the way she teach, it was understandable. However, make sure do every assignment that she gave or online homework. You will get an A in the class so easy. I really recommended her to everyone that love math only.......

By far, one of the best teachers I have had. She loves Math and really wants everyone else to love it too. As long as you go to class, take notes and practice, you will get an A. She devotes a lot of extra time to tutor outside of class. Notices improvement and is proud when you do well. Wish I could have her for all my classes!

I thought she was extremely helpful. I didn't take 102, I tested into 103. At the beginning of the quarter I was extremely lost but she holds extra study sessions (I only went for help twice). I ended up with the only A in my class. Show up EVERY CLASS and pay attention, you'll do great.

She IS helpful & spends extra time tutoring,but only helps those who are "getting it". Absolutely no patience with those who struggle. Talks excessively about herself, brags about her teaching methods while discrediting other teachers. If not getting it,she reminds you this is college..doesn't explain it further. Has very outdated teaching method

She's a nice professor and she will hold extra sessions after or before class; however, these are more for people who get the material or who are close to getting it. If youre completely lost about what's going on, she'll spend more time lecturing you about how this is college instead of teaching you the material. Don't take if you struggle in math

Prof. Black is such a dedicated professor that she holds extra class sessions in which she teaches with a more hands on approach. She will even meet you outside of school if you prove to her that you are willing to work for the grade. Dedication lol. Took her for 102 and now 103. Homework is optional. She treats you like an adult which is nice.

Bonnie is a professor who cares especially for those who care. She goes above and beyond. Her style is to bring the best out of you but of course you must bring the you with the right attitude. She is fair and considerate. She incouraged me to go beyond math 102 all the way to math 148 including 135. Go Bonnie Black! Continue on.

Mrs.Black is willing to help those who need it. She has extra study sessions and is even willing to come in on weekends. If you can pass her tests you can pass the final. Professor Black is the BEST math teacher I've ever had!!!! She will set up extra help sessions in order to helpout all of her students. Professor Black will do anything to have her students succeed. If you're having a hard time, she is also the person you'd want to talk to! I highly reccomend her.

Mrs. Black is most helpful but you must show interest and not at the end of the quarter but early on. She understands if one suffers from math and/or test anxiety. Mrs. Black spends so much of her personal time to help one understand the material. She is an instructor who will provoke one to think. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Best Wishes.

Bonnie Black is probably the sweetest teacher at CSCC. She has a grandmotherly demeanor and she works very hard to help every one of her students. I got a 98% in her class with ease. She also is one of the few professors that will hold extra help sessions. I highly reccomend her.

I think she is a great teacher, very helpful, gives so much of her time to help those who needs it like staying after class for ex.she talks a lot though about how she was a race driver which is cool :)..her tests are instant A if you study the examples in the book. I do recommend her.
