He's nice, but in a manner of ways he has a partial British accent. He kinda sounds like the queen as he speaks at times. I felt that the class had been very difficult for me. If necessary, you may consider taking this class at another institution if you don't wish to take the ACS exam for the final exam.

He is a nice guy, however his tests are unpredictable! Most of the MC questions of the 1st and 3rd exams are from iclicker and acs. The 2nd is hardest. He would replace the lowest exam with final if you have better grade on final.50 iclickers and most of them from ACS.4 assignments are hard. But he is easier than Dr. Sorin though.

Brazier is a sweet man. He's pretty much always in his office so you can drop by whenever. He'll explain as many times as needed. 50 iclicker and the rest EC. Test are super long but he gives you 2 hours to complete. Usually 10-13 MC and 3 pages of free response. You really gotta know your stuff though. If you do his study guides you'll be fine.

I loved him. He is a great professor and really nice. He is there for his students. I only had him as my lab instructor but I learned more from him than from my professor (Zia). I recommend him for any chemistry class he teaches.

This professor was helpful during class. If you study and do the practice problems from the book and his study guide, you should be fine. 50 clicker points required and after that is extra credit. Weekly mastering chemistry assignments.

Dr. Brazier is awesome. I had him as a chem lab TA, but I wish he would've been my professor. He was very nice and approachable, and made everything understandable. Take him!!

Excellent professor who really wants his students to succeed. Study hard though, this class is not easy. He has perpetual office hours so you can drop by anytime. His take home exams are daunting but they can be done if you try hard. He'll even help you a little with those. Good times.

One of the best professor's I've had in a long time. He will challenge you and push you to your mental limit with his take home exams. He's extremely helpful and you can approach him easily. This is the professor to take. You have to study very hard and really know your math. Good luck!

READ THE BOOK! Team up for online quizzes. Do not fall behind or else you will fail this class. He is a very friendly guy. The class can be very hard if you slip behind in reading. The clicker questions are presented to you online before voting, so do them for points. 50 points req for clickers, anything else after that is extra credit.

This guy is a brilliant professor and certainly knows what he's talking about. Physical Chemistry is a tough course, but this dude makes it a lot more approachable. He gives take home tests, but they are hard and challenging. Definitely take him if you need 371A or B done.

I love prof. Brazier. One of the best science teachers I have ever had. He knows his stuff and loves what he does which makes lectures funny and not too boring. He does a great first semester course for the series and it is cake compared to chem 111B-- remember what you learn from this class because the final for 111B is cummulative

Dr. Brazier is probably the coolest Chem teacher ever. He will answer any questions you have. His exams might be a little hard; but its chem, what can we do. There are easy points to get in this course, like clickers (you answer questions during lecture), quizzes, and lab. If you do good on those (which you should) it will really pop your grade up.

One of the best instructors who can explain science very well. He makes chemistry easy to understand, although the materials are covered at mass in a short period of time. Tests are rather more critical thinking and hard but I managed to get A+ in this class. You will too as long as you study and pay attention to his lec.

1% away from a C, but he wouldn't bump me up. Even if you maintain a certain grade in his course, it won't matter. Just prepare for his cumulative final, which will determine your grade in the class. It will make or BREAK you. I would not take him again. Good luck, all.

Does not care about his students, don't let him fool you with his accent and supposedly "good intentions", study hard on your own because the lab teacher suck too, doing the hw doesn't even help, visit him during office hours so he the ability to be human & have a heart if you end up on the borderline, but he is better than the other chem teachers.

I enjoyed this class. We always had powerpoint slides the night before the lecture, the OWL resource clarified things greatly. Prof. Brazier always made an effort to answer every question during lecture, office hours, and via email. The tests were all challenging and one must really take time to prepare for them.

puts a lot of effort into lectures. very clear, informative, and helpful. grades on a fair scale (A-85%). tests are hard, weekly quizzes not so much. textbook is for the most part useless. online quizzes help keep u caught up. a little extra studying on top will get you an A.
