I am a 2nd semester junior, and Dr. Haley is my favorite professor thus far. For ENGL 2120, he made the requirements very clear, and he also did not assign much work outside of class. I suggest reading the stories because in-class discussion is important to him. Very funny person & understands that a lot of us took the class for gen ed requirement

LOVED DR. HALEY! I can't recommend him enough. one of my fav profs in all of ETSU. He is very funny, and makes lecture very enjoyable. His tests are easy if you have a clue on what is going on in the class. keep up with the reading and go to class it will be an easy A. there is 2 tests, quizzes, & participation is only thing graded tho. TAKE HIM.

I loved Dr. Haley's class! He is very funny and knowledgeable. He makes his expectations very clear, so as long as you pay attention and show up, his class is easy. He really knows what he is talking about and will chat with you about things relevant to both the class and your college career. I would recommend that everybody takes his class!

Comment:

Dr. Haley is an amazing professor. Coming into his class, I didn't care for reading much at all; leaving his class I've found a new interest in it. Although there were not many assignments, I learned more from Dr. Haley than any of my previous English professors. His lectures are easy and fun to follow. I would recommend him to anyone needing LIT.

Dr. Haley is a professor with a special personality. He is constantly making jokes with a minorly dark theme, always a plus in my book. He assigns 4 papers a semester and gives you over a month to complete each one. The week each paper is due is full of group work to peer review papers. He assists with any issue you have and gives great feedback.

Dr. Haley is one of the best professors I've had at ETSU. He is laid back, but he also expects you to get the work done. He is very clear in what he wants from you grading wise, and he is always willing to meet with you as well. He helped me with an internship application process and I would highly recommend him as a professor for real life skills.

Great teacher, very laid back. You have four papers per semester, and those are your only grades. He gives you a long time to do them, and is very helpful if you need the help. The class can be boring at times, but it is easy and he is a great professor! I recommend taking his class.

Dr. Haley is an amazing professor! I heard some people complain that he didn't lecture, but I thought his teaching style was helpful. He would call up people's papers and comment on them until it was very clear what he wanted. Extremely helpful, I will take him as much as I can!

I LOVE him! He's so much fun! He spends most of the class period joking around or telling stories, but he's very helpful when you ask questions. He really knows what he's talking about. He's lenient on deadlines, too.

Delicious! I loved Dr. Haley's class. He's awesomely intelligent, a lot of fun, and a wonderful smarta**. Treat yourself to this charismatic, well-informed professor.
