I took the course with 3 professors in Fall 2020. It really threw me off having the three, but I definitely enjoyed Dr. Ross the most. I hated enduring a new teaching style every few weeks w a new professor, but that's not Dr. Ross' fault. It made me struggle on exams... a lot. But, I'll be taking Dr. Ross next semester!

I loved psychology with Edna! Shes super fun and makes the class interesting. Her exams arent too tough but you definitely need to study a little bit (or just pay attention in class) she has a lot of knowledge on the course. There are a lot of assignments that dont take very long and they can help your grace if you arent good at exams.

Dr. Ross was a great professor. I feel like she did go a little easy on us since we are in a pandemic, but I would totally recommend her! Just make sure you are going to class, paying attention to lectures, and reading the book and you will be fine.

Dr. Ross makes lectures very engaging and helps make this class fun. She truly wants every student to succeed and will help you along the way. Iclicker is done during every lecture so it is important to go to class. Tests are often easy as long as you pay attention in class and do the homework. A good amount of extra credit is also given!

I did well in this class and I didn't think it took a whole lot of effort, but I do know people who didn't do well on tests. There were 3 professors for this course so it was nice to have a fresh start every couple of weeks. There are clicker points so you have to be present in class.

I had this as a hybrid class and iClicker is a big portion of your grade, and if yours didn't work she said she has no time to help you and you just don't get a grade for that day. Her lectures turn into rambles and she gets far behind so has to rush through slides making it hard to understand. Since it was hybrid attendance wasn't mandatory

Tests every two weeks, but they're not bad. You must go to class though because there are questions during the lecture that are worth some points. Its good for your grade if you do well, but very bad if you don't. She's a pretty solid prof. The only thing that really bothered me was her yelling into the mic lol. other than that I liked the class.

Dr. Ross is an awesome professor that is highly respected at UofL. Her lectures are very entertaining and she communicates very well about her grading procedures. Overall, the class wasn't too difficult but you definitely need to show up to lectures, read the book, and take notes for exams and graded clicker questions. Exams are multiple choice.

dr. ross is an AMAZING professor. she keeps you engaged through the entire hour, she makes class feel comfortable even with 200 people in there. the course material is easy to grasp and not at all a challenge if you show up and do what you're supposed to. overall this course is a piece of cake and she is the cherry on top.

I enjoyed Ednas lectures. She was really enthusiastic and you can tell she is very passionate about psychology. I would recommend her to everyone. The tests were based off of the PowerPoint slides, vocabulary, and textbook readings. Theres online homework but its based out of the textbook and it wasnt that challenging for me.

Dr. Ross is easily one of my favorite people in the psychology department. She's funny, caring, and honestly makes learning interesting. As long as you go to class and are mildly coherent and review before the exam, this class will be a cakewalk.

*continued* I literally needed a boost of 0.72% to have an A. I desperately need that A for med school, so I emailed her. She wouldn't give me the tiniest boost. Also, in her emails, she is formal, but not very polite. The only good thing is that her lectures are really engaging.

What can I say about Dr Ross that hasn't been said before? She's an amazing professor and she's downright hilarious. The course I took easily had over 200 students, but Dr Ross still managed to make her lectures engaging for every student. She makes the lectures fun and easy to follow along. A real gem.

I loved Dr. Ross! She is caring even though the class size is large. Her lectures are interesting and not just straight from a book. I didn't have to touch my textbook and I got an A. I do recommend not missing a lecture bc half of her tests come from lecture that she does not post. But it's worth it. She spends time with you outside of class.

One of the easiest classes I haven taken at UofL so far. 6 exams, and your lowest is dropped. A big amount of extra credit is offered. Attendance isn't mandatory but if you want free clicker points then you should go. Some online homework but it isn't that hard. Overall an easy A as long as you put in some type of effort.

6 exams total, lowest score is dropped. Accessible outside of class. Lectures are super entertaining and notes are posted before class so you know what the content will be before hand.
