Dr. Stacey-Doyle is an excellent professor BECAUSE she is challenging. I chose her as my academic advisor because I wanted the most out of my education. She's not there to hold your hand. She expects you to step up to challenges like an adult. You can disagree with her an get an A, but be prepared to back up your position!

She is a very hard teacher, but I absolutely loved her! She really improved my skills as a writer. If you are not really into English, I would not recommend her. However, if you are up for a challenge, go for it! You'll either LOVE her or HATE her.

Definitely one of the most demanding professors on campus. And probably the best because of it. She knows what she wants out of her students and if you are not prepared to give the class 110% you are better off looking for a different professor. You're allowed 2 excused absences before your letter grade drops -no matter WHAT. Don't miss class!
