If you're bad at math TAKE THIS CLASS. The work is HS status and you never have to do the homework. If you have any questions he will answer them, even on a test. He can be boring because of his age but it's impossible to do bad in this class.

This professor is a nice guy, but he should not be a professor. He makes simple mistakes in every single calculation he does, and he is forgetful as to what he as already covered. He does not give alot of homework and the work is easy, so if you're looking for a course to skate through while occasionally being really frustrated, this is the one

Very easy professor! Does not care if you are there or not, even on test days allows you to make them up in the math center. Don't bother doing the homework he never checks it, and if you don't understand something on the test just ask him, he will help you get the answer every time!

Dr Swartz is not the best teacher I've had. He is a bit absent-minded and hard to follow. While writing on the board he tends to stand right in front of it so you can't see what he's writing. Also likes to throw new things on the tests that you never learned. Very helpful during office hours. Willing to sit there until you get it.

He is a great guy, for someone who has difficulty in math this is one of my easiest classes. Take him by all means. A+ teacher, low homework, gives out work sheets to do in class, then quizzes are identical to the sheets. Very easy. Take him, trust me!

this class is an easy easy A. hes kind of old, but extremely nice. the class is boring because the problems are so easy, but with him, attendance definitely is not mandatory. he did not take attendance one class last semester. the only way missing class would affect your grade is if you miss a lab, quiz, or group activity.

Professor Swartz is a really nice man, but his lectures are incredibly boring. There is very little involvement from the class. He often just goes through problems on the board. If you attend class and occasionally do the homework though, you should do very well in his class. His exams are not difficult at all.

easiest math teacher. although he makes no sense at times and makes jokes that arent funny, hes a sweet old guy. he will help you on tests and doesnt check homework or attendance really. i would say if your not soo good at math or dont enjoy it, take him, it will be an easy A.

Taking Math with Professor Swartz was a breeze. The class is made up of a few short quizzes (he drops the lowest grade) and a few exams. He will help you, even during a test. He is genuinely a nice person and i don't think anyone would have a problem taking his classes. (& i HATE math!)

One of the best math professors i have ever had! Dr. Swartz is a cute old man who looks like Mr. Rogers... sometimes he can get confusing because math is boring but just ask him for help. If you don't feel like going to class don't he doesn't take attendance! Easy easy take him!

ummmm lets just say i took and got an A in calculus my senior year of high school, and monmouth placed me in Math 105, which is standard algebra...so i thought it was easy...his quizzes are confusing, but you learn them quickly...
