Comment:

The class was called "How to read the Bible". Books were used instead of a textbook. Ironically, the Bible was recommended but not required. Which is strange. He didn't offer objective material, it was heavily swayed toward anti-Catholocism and liberal ideas. I wouldn't recommend his class to Christians. I found it offensive, not philosophical.

You can tell he's really passionate about his field...but honestly the subject matter was so mind numbingly boring his enthusiasm was wasted on me. He tried to help with questions but his level of intellect was so far above mine I just left his office even more confused than when I went in.
