Comment:
He is sooo unenthusiastic and it makes it hard to go through he material taught like he hates doing it, absolutely no regard for listeners :( does not test on half the things he teaches like clinical outcomes and symptoms, sad

i think he could've done much better and i wish this section could be set up like virology- on principles rather than diseases. I was getting VERY sick off all the little details thrown at me. it was truly a lot and it didn't connect together Overall, I still think he did well! I wish the prof gave us ways to remember things better :/

Comment:
Dr. McCormicks section of this course was very nicely put together. Overall this prof was excellent; explained concepts clearly and told you whats important if there were any readings outside of lecture (happens once or twice). His midterm requires heavy memorization, so stay caught up! You can do well on the midterm but you need to work for it!

He is pretty lecturer, however he tests heavy, his midterm was really hard and in top of that he made mistakes that resulted in a reduction in our grade. His power point are easy to understand but his question on the exam are hard to understand

Comment:
Couple of points #1 Powerpoints are trivial and focus on random facts. Too much emphasis on symptoms, prevalence of disease. Little emphasis on underlying mechanisms of infection in bacterium. 2 Lectures don't flow or build on each other with the exception of the first one which provides some background. I can't pinpoint a concept in other lessons

He outfits look effortless yet stylish at the same time. Similarly, his teaching style is commendable because he does not need to put effort in maintaining the attention of the class, yet the class pays attention. He teaches well because he has organized power points, he speaks with a clear, audible voice, and paces his lectures well.

IMO, Professor McCormick is easily the best prof out of the four professors of the course. His lectures are incredibly interesting and his midterm was fair. His powerpoints are neatly organized and easy to understand. He also dresses very nicely!! 1010 A+ five stars.
