Comment:
Bring a thesaurus to make any sense of what he says or writes. Check out his syllabus to see exactly what I mean. Although the subject matter is interesting, his teaching style is dry and convoluted. He just tries too hard to use long and archaic words in everything. He is knowledgeable in an academic sense but seems to lack on the job knowledge.

You don't learn anything. Doesn't even take himself seriously. Not professional. Not helpful. Has self esteem problems and a great need to be liked. Big waste of time. Needed content from other org classes to be able to do the work, as he doesn't teach anything.

The saying goes "Those who can't hack it, teach". But this guy can't teach either. If you do get stuck with this guy, you will learn a lot more about increasing your alcohol tolerance than leadership. Running to the bar on breaks helps take the edge off.

This is the worst prof I've ever had: Graduate or Undergraduate! He is teaching leadership and he can't even lead a classroom! The lectures are hell (alcohol helps take the edge off) but his ego and extremely bad jokes are tough to endure. Avoid this prof if you Can! You've been warned!

If it is possible to avoid, do not take this class with Klien. You do not learn anything about advanced leadership. The only think you do learn is that you feel you deserve a refund because the content is so poor. Do not buy his book if at all possible...just a bunch of rambling

Does not teach. Late showing up to over half of the classes. Priorities seem to be selling his book and collecting a pay check for having his name next to a course number. His quote, "The LESS I teach,the MORE students like." That's because he doesn't and it's a waste of time listening to him.

I couldn't agree more with the comments from other students. This has been an extremely boring class and a huge waste of time and money. For the required class in my emphasis, this is a disappointment and a poor reflection on Pepperdine.

The 2nd to worst teacher I have ever had in all of Pepperdine. I think the man did not even read any of the papers. You can do nothing in the class, and write the same paper 4 times, and you will still get a B+. The kiss ups get the A.

If you want an easy class, take him. If you want to learn org behavior, take another prof. Taking him it's like taking a $200 off-site work seminar. I absolutely learn nothing last tri. There was a guy who went to class 5 times and still got a B.
