Took this as an evening class from 5:50-8:35 and thought it was going to be horrible. It really was not that bad and he made the info as interesting as possible. We also went on site visits. The big group project at the end isn't hard just time consuming. As long as you try you will do good. He is also very friendly!

EW. I would not take this class. .. He treats this class like we are business majors. Takes points off for everything, and gives a huge group project at the end of the year that is rediculous. Make sure you know numbers and statistics for the test. Final is cumlative. HARD. skip this class if you can.

Had him over a one month summer session. He is an excellent teacher. His papers aren't easy but they're simple. Just follow the rubric and make sure all points are covered. The project was fun, make sure everyone in the group participates. Everyone worked together well in our group and it made things very smooth. I'd take him again

Awful, find someone else to take. Takes off so many points for not using commas. He expects you to write papers up to his standards, but he never tells you what they are and then will take points off your papers for doing something you learned all your life. He was an annoying teacher.

Okay teacher. Very picky about small errors. Make sure you can write papers. Kind of feminine so he means well but he takes the class serious. If you have to take him he's not that bad. But if possible find another teacher

70 percent of the grade came from a BIG project you have to do. The project is pretty easy, just time consuming. Be sure you know how to write good papers and resumes as well b/c he is picky about small errors. All in all, good teacher. Take him.

HAHA, culinary arts. This guy is a glorified frat boy who never left college. He serves chic-fil-a for christ's sake. He was absolutely no help to me as a first semester freshman. He should be fired or at least stay in the food service department.
