Comment:

I took an honors class that Mr. Moyer taught, and he was extremely thorough in his lectures and explanations! All of the grades in the class were either short quizzes on the subject matter, or were mini projects. Overall, I had a good time in this class, and learned quite a lot!

Comment:

Notes are on D2L, basically gives you the answers for exam in the notes and in class by mentioning things over and over. Material is soooo easy and actually interesting. No homework besides reading articles for easy quizzes, tests are easy and final is not cumulative. (Class was wacky weather)

Love this guy! This is the most interesting class I've taken in college. Great professor who is always ready to help and will make time for you if you're having trouble. The exams aren't difficult, but they can get a little lengthy. Don't skip lab days, he gives you 5 points just for showing up.

Comment:

Kerry is a very good professor. He is extremely knowledgeable about weather. Class goes over observation equipment and types of weather. Lectures are long but he offers a 10-15 min break half way though. Tests are pretty easy and questions go in chronological order with lectures. He is very personable and takes the time to get to know his students

Dr. Moyer is very knowledgeable and very nice. His lectures can get boring, but he has a good sense of humor. The class is really easy to get an A in.

This is one of the better professors at the university. Very passionate about the subject, and he genuinely wants you to get an A in his class. There is no homework, but he makes you bring in practice problems from your book, that he actually does on the board. Tests are kind of long but overall quite easy. Take his class!

Teaches like it's a high school class. No textbook is a plus. No notes needed. He puts all the power points on D2L and those are the only notes you'll need. Lab sheets are super easy and he goes over them in class

I learned so much in his class. The only homework was really just to study and we didn't have a textbook, but I still learned a lot. Sometimes the lectures got a little dull but he is a great guy and really knows what he's talking about. I would love to take a class with him again!

No textbook and minimal homework, but still taught the material from his own knowledge in such a way that made it was accessible and sank in. Very knowledgeable in his field. Tests are not multiple choice so you do need to know the answers, but the questions are not that hard if you just pay attention in class and lab. Minimal math.
