on my last essay , she said the paper was good and well structured, but she didnt agree with me and she took points off because of that. I got 89% of the total class and this points would have put me on an A. and dont think she is a good teacher. took forever to grade, i had a 97% the day of the drop deadline, after grading i had a 85%. not helpful

do not take this teachers online class. she will assign too much homework each week, and she will not grade it. at the end of week 9 she had only graded up to week 4; i couldnt know my standing on the class by the drop deadline. she seems to know her stuff, but being a good teacher is not only knowing about the subject. im sure there are better teachers out there for this class

Comment:

Took her class online. About 6 papers to write during the semester and mandatory forum work every week. Never seemed to get above a B on any paper no matter how hard I worked. Forum work will bring your grade up. Not what I expected from an online class but overall, a good experience. I'd recommend it to someone who wants an easy passing grade.

This was my first online experience and it was great. There are alot of papers due, and forum questions every week. Make sure you log on at least 3 times a week, and make sure you reply to 5 other students on the forum, or you will loose points like I did. But it was an awesome experience, and she was a great teacher. I was able to get an B!!!

I took Prof. Lawliss' class online. It was fairly easy. She's somewhat helpful. However, when it comes to grading, it'll take her FOREVER to get back to you! for instance drop date. She'll give you your grade the DAY OF drop. So if your working that day or can't get to a computer to check your grade or have access to a comp, oh well for you!

Did not know her really, she was pregnant and didnt come back until the last month of class and gave most people a D passing. Class was not great and the little part of having her as an instructor was a waste of my time!
